Beautiful evening, the best Lancaster has to offer in our eye's, the menu descriptions alone made my mouth water! The whole evening was a delight and the amarone was incredible, tiucci belli, tiucci belli (as we say in Italy) bravo Sun Cafe!

This is like travelling back to a combination of '80's and absinth addicted paris in the 1900's. In other words the decor of the place is rather confused although it has great potential if it chooses to either go more retro or kitsch. As far as the food's concerned your average pizza place quality, very few decent looking pasta on the menu (didn't get to try it) we did nevertheless get a vey nice desert. The service wasn't particularly eager but has perhaps to do with the fact that we showed up at ten.

I've visited Miyabi once and was pleased by the quality of the food and service. It is a nice place, nothing spectacular though, I'd expect more theatricals in a Teppan-Yaki place.

What a delicious place! I have been both to the restaurant and the food court. The food court was a fabulously refreshing experience and no good shopping trip to Lancaster should be without lunch here! the food is delicious a really good choice and excellent value for money it is not expensive at all, the decor is calm and fresh with a lovely atmosphere, what a cool refreshing place to experience excellent quality food.

Stayed here last weekend and enjoyed it immensely. My wife and I stayed in one of the new rooms (room 26) and the design of the room is superb. Very contemporary, comparable with a top end boutique hotel complete with plasma tvs, original modern artwork and multi jet shower thing. They've spent money on secondary glazing for the sash windows and the general feel of the place is quality. Superb value at £70 a room, I pay two or three times this price for other boutique hotels. Breakfast (included) is also special, with oddities such as goose eggs, several varieties of bacon and sausages and home made baked beans !! Lovely stay, highly recommended.

The food at the sun cafe perfectly matches its chilled out atmosphere and style. With dishes ranging from wahoo fish to spaghetti carbonara, it provides something for everyone and you can sample a different dish everytime you go in. The wines and cocktails are great too!!

Went to Soupanova for the first time yesterday. It is definitely the top place in Lancaster for healthy, hearty and yummy snacks. You can even test the soups before you buy and the salad I had was fantastic. I really enjoyed it and the service was friendly, helpful, inviting and I really felt welcome. Excellent prices for what you get too!!!

Soupanova is a great place, would never have imagined myself eating at a soup shop so much. The food is wonderful, not just soups, but salads, tortilla slices, fresh baked bread, homemade cakes, everything from meat to vegan and amazing smoothies. Really good atmosphere too and a book sharing point as well. Never been to anywhere quite like it.

This is a really true authentic Italian restaurant with actual Italians working in it. The food was delicious and the standard of service was second to none. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Very nice bar for a lunch or evening meal. Menu selection very stylish. Even better value if you have a privilege card, 2-4-1 on mail meals. Cards are available for £3 making it worth while even if you don? go regularly. Waitress service by very friendly and helpful staff.

I love Marco?. Best Italian in Lancaster, made to feel really welcome and the food is simply amazing. 10/10

Good food, relaxed environment and reasonably priced, especially the set dinners. Great for parties or a night out, not so suitable for a night of romance.

WoW what can I say but very very good food and genuine polite service. The restaurant area is quite large with seating for groups too, food presentation is very well thought out too, it makes me feel a bit peckish every time I think of this restaurant, price is good less than £10 per head for main course.

This is going to go in the top 5 of places to eat out, the service deserves tipping (as I did) and the food was absolutely out of this world, there is lots of seating and the atmosphere is not ruined by smokers. Try it out you will not be disappointed!

Good little restaurant. The service is very good and the staff are very accommodating (especially when I made a group booking). The price is good - value for money. A weakness of their food is that the spiciness is inconsistent. Sometimes it's quite bland, but sometimes it's too hot! A weakness of the ambience is that while you're having your meal, there is a constant movement of people getting takeaways directly past your table.
