My partner and I went to Fazenda on 14th September 2013. The salad bar had lots of choice, hot and cold food. for the mail course there are 15 different cuts of meat on an evening, my partner sampled them all. The fillet steak and belly pork in honey was out of this world. Wine bit pricey but you would expect that in Leeds city centre. What I don't like is, for 2 of us there was a service charge of nearly £10 which I felt quite steep. Would definitely go again though.

Litle Tokyo is AMAZING... totally lovely great atmosphere, great restaraunt, great/friendly staff, food ready quickly, great presentation. Lilttle Tokyo is a beautiful little place including real live koi... which are beautiful. It has something for everyone even if you don't like sushi. Incredidbly vegan/vegetarian friendly which is excellent as mixed parties can be catered for... My recommendation would be the bento boxes.. DELICIOUS>>. also get some of the salad dressing to take home... beats ANY shop brand any day. I love Little Tokyo...I even don't mind popping in alone if I'm in Leeds running errands... every time i have been is been lovely and no mess ups :o) 5*****

Hi I am the owners grandchild and I dont know why people are being so mean to my grandad and the food is very yummy and the food is up to the best standards and the food is acutally made by my uncles and they put all there effort in to make my grandads buisness succesfull . And as some people said my grandad swore he didn't because he isn't like that , and they said he doesn't know how to dress smart and yes he does because he wears a suit everyday and he spends loads of money on his resturant . I hope you respect what I say thanks :D

I've been getting the indian mixed grill for years, its the best indian takeaway in Leeds easily. I've just ordered one now:)

We had such a lovely night wine tasting at Behind the Town Hall. The service was excellent and we felt very welcome. The wine tasting was a fun experience and the food was delicious, a yummy cheese and meat platter to share. Very friendly staff and I would definitely go again and reccommend it to friends.. If you like wine, food and somewhere a bit different you should definitely check it out.

Came here for our wedding anniversary and was extremely impressed by the excellent food and spectacular service. The waitress brought over a board of meat cuts to show us what they all were (useful when I had never seen a spiral cut before) and recommended different cuts for different cooking times. We tried the cured salmon, empanadas, spiral cut sirloin and two desserts and all were delicious, as were the cocktails - including the two free ones we were given in honour of our anniversary. They also offered to call us a cab and had our coats ready as we left. Will definitely return!

Service was excellent - the chips we ordered came late so were comped, which we appreciated. Tried two of the balti dishes which were both delicious. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely awful restaurant in kirkstall, very unhelpful staff, cold and draughty, awful food, stay away

Even though I know this place because the deal from Groupon ( wine tasting with food ) . I'm glad I bought the voucher otherwise I would never know this nice place in the Leeds centre ( and imagine I live just 5 minutes near the centre). The owner is very knowledgable about the wine and is glad to share with us. The food, especially the sausage is so delicious. We spent all night there and enjoyed a lot. We immediately recommend the friends and think everyone who like wine from Germany or Portugal should definitely visit there. !!

Went there on Friday affter work and ended up in there all night. It's a fantastic place, the atmosphere is really relaxed and the service is second to none. Food and drink a plenty. Will definitely be going there again...... very soon!

Great place to take little miss shes been a nandos baby from the start with the mouth watering flavours and hummy kids meals who could complain - fave spot is nandos the light leeds not only are the waiters kind and understanding - but they are very child friendly. big high 5ive from us guys keep up the good work. :)

Came here for their early-bird lunch menu. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, especially the slow-cooked beef. Will definitely return.

I visited the Bierkeller for the first time last weekend and had a brilliant time!!! I was visiting with a group of girls, before we got there I thought it would be full of just men and beer, but when we got there was a great mix of really friendly people who were all up for joining in and having a laugh! And it's not just beer- they had plenty of wines and different drinks to suit those of us who don't really like beer!We booked a table in advance, which I would definitely recommend doing because it got really busy down there and lots of people were standing. It was really easy to book over the phone, they do it through some different packages. We went for the gold package and got some food and drinks and snacks included, they were really flexible and swapped our offers for beer with another drink for us. We had a waitress who came to our table and looked after us all night, the girls have German barmaid costumes on and got really into it too.When you go into the Bierkeller you feel like you are in Germany! It is all authentically decorated with long benches running down the room. It's probably not very good if you want a quiet evening chatting with your own group, but if you're up for having a laugh and meeting lots of people in the process then its great fun.They had a German band on which is when the place really came alive! I had never seen one before but they were great fun and everyone was on their feet! I would definitely come back and watch them again.I've heard that it's not as good during the week but apparently they have lots of new events on during the week with other bands and things so it might be worthwhile giving them a try too!

Great place for students to get good food at fair, honest prices. And it's bring your own booze!! Perfect for us students!! They will be seeing a lot of me and my friends.
