Got the chicken burger and the chicken was very dry and chewy. We were given a pudding menu which stated if you buy a pudding you get a hot drink for £2 however they charged us full price. When I questioned it they said thats for lunch only however it didnt state this on the menu so they did honor it. They even forgot to give us the drink and we had to ask for it.
Cassiel Bar and Kitchen – HullService was brilliant but we thought the food was terrible. We made our excuses that we were just too tired and that’s why we had left a lot because we felt bad to say how awful it was. The burger had a weird taste and the beef in the stroganoff was not good quality. We will not be back now which is a shame as you are on our doorstep.
