Four of us went early Saturday evening . It was quiet, but the meals took a while to arrive. Starter of bread and olives to share, lovely. It was worth the wait for the mains, 1 Lemon Chicken, 1 Pesto chicken and steak x 2 all with extra sides.All meals were very good.Waitress very helpful. Would go back.
Cassiel Bar and Kitchen – HullMy husband and myself booked a table at Cassiel bar in Cottingham on Friday 21st of August was a birthday present . We both ordered the battered Haddock. Well I had to leave most of mine , the chips and salad was ok but the batter on the fish was awful was really thick and inside was stodgy, hardly any fish was all hard thick batter . My husband actually ate his but then during the night he was ill . I have had meals there before and have been lovely, but this time was really not good .
