AWFUL SERVICE, RUDE MANAGER Booked for 7:30. Arrived at 7:25 to join a queue of 15 people also with bookings stood outside as there was no room inside. Rang at 7:35 from the queue to say we were stood outside in the freezing cold waiting to be let in. Got inside at 8:05 and seated at 8.15- 45 mins after our booking. We weren’t offered a drink while we waited or even an apology. We complained to the manager when we got seated- instead of apologising he was extremely rude and said we had come in and left… no one had been seated for half an hour and we couldn’t get through the door due to the queue of people waiting so this was a blatant lie. We said this wasn’t good enough but we still got no apology - the manager stormed off from us. He walked past us all night and wouldn’t look us in the eye or serve us. We could hear complaints from other tables on the wait times and bad service- the whole atmosphere was awful. We booked to celebrate my partner’s promotion but couldn’t wait to go home! We will never be coming back and have warned our family and friends not to come due to the awful service and appalling attitude of the manager.
