Absolutely to class, delicious food, fantastic service and for what we had was good value. The that member was excellent, attentive and chatty and happy to serve. No rush between courses giving time for a break. Tasty and hot food and excellent beer. Looking forward to our next visit.

If I were to have any negatives it would be that the serving staff were not wearing masks and though I appreciate this was not at the time mandatory in England, given the current issues with Covid I think greater caution would have been wise. ( I am a doctor and a Vaccinator that perhaps makes me a little more cautious and critical than the average diner). My overall opinion and that of my table of diners has to be that we had a very enjoyable experience and certainly would come again (and again).
