We have visited this fabulous restaurant on quite a few occasions now and have never had a bad meal it is consistently excellent and great value for money. The staff are also great and assets to the restaurant.

The Ship Inn – BridlingtonFood excellent as always. Atmosphere really nice because it was busy and music on. Service really friendly because it was a little slow but kept apologising and making sure we were okay. Value for money was great as £10 off per person with the Eat Out To Help Out scheme.
The Aegean Taverna – Hullwe hadn't been in 10 years. The decor is the same and the best part of the meal was the baked custard for pudding. I really do not think we will be returning. The man on the next very loud table popped a cork in the small restaurant, it bounced all over and did not even have the manners to apologise, nor did the owner. Sorry but I feel it has gone downhill and needs a massive overhaul

If you have not been try it out. If it's busy then book or use the takeaway service. Always come back here at least twice a month.
Fuji Hiro – Leeds City CentreBeen to agean a few times and it never fails to deliver first class. The service is spot on, not intrusive. The food is always excellent and portion size is good. Love the background Greek music too. It's good pricing for great food.
The Aegean Taverna – HullI went to Fuji Hiro for the first time in 6 years. Although the décor had change the high quality of the food is still there. I had my usual seafood ramen which is as good as it was years ago and my daughter had the chicken katsu don. It was so good that's going to be what I get next. I highly recommend Fuji Hiro to anyone especially if you haven't tried Japanese food before, it will give you a totally new experience. The environment is relaxed with a mix of people, from couples to small family groups. It isn't the cheapest of places, but because of the quality of the food and good portions it's certainly worth it.

Maxis – YorkWe would like to say a very big thank you, & well done to the whole team at The Ship Inn at Sewerby. We consider this pub our local, & would often visit for drinks & meals before the lockdown. However we felt a little nervous getting back out there & socialising in the current climate, we need not have worried. The team have got everything covered & therefore our experience was comfortable & joyous. Not to mention absolutely delicious as always, we both ordered the homemade chicken & mushroom pie, chips & mushy peas. It was the best pie we have ever tasted, perfect pastry with scrumptious chucks of chicken & mushrooms in a gorgeous rich creamy sauce The ships chips were always the best in the area I always said so, & I’m pleased to report they still are. Everything was just so perfect, & super delicious that we are going again next week. Thank you again to the whole team, & keep up the good work.
