Just found this place. Used to be a popular pub about 15 years ago but wow it's like a London brasserie now. Modern look, bright and crisp. Food's great too. Nice to see some off-piste dishes as well as the usual things. My girlfriend had the murgh chambala where the heat of the chillis - it's hot! - is offset by molasses. Loved the grilled fennel seeds on top, too. It gave a really nutty texture. I had the Gosht Arbi, lamb with colocasia roots, whatever they are, and a touch of vanilla. Slightly off the wall but the best cooking around, I'd say.
