Took my good lady and some of the family for a great meal and my daughter for her first big steak and as normal these guys knocked it out of the park yet again Keep up the good work

Had two brilliant meals here during the August 2020 Eat Out to Help Out promotion. Food was excellent quality - freshly cooked, no generic pub grub here. The new outdoor terrace area is lovely with the lights twinkling and service at both of our visits was excellent. The only downside is we don't live within walking distance so have to fight over who drives and who gets the alcohol! We will be back many more times to our new favourite pub/restaurant. Well played to the team!

We went for a meal on the bank holiday,atmosphere was lovely also staff very friendly and attentive. But had I of paid full price I would of been disappointed. My husband's steak came and it was quite a small portion which was disappointing. Also I had the sticky toffee pudding which again was more of a childs portion .so even though what we had was nice it wasn't great value for money for what we paid

We visited on monday the last day of the EOHO scheme (which was also bank holiday) and it was my 3rd visit, my in laws first in many years. I have to say that sitting inside was great just as nice as outside. The food we had was amazing as always, my in laws snd I all throughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. One of my favourite places to eat now. Ian and his staff are great, so friendly and helpful and always make you feel at ease even when you're not a "local". Looking forward to returning. Well what can I say about the Cedars The staff are great always smiling the decor is a little tired but lovely and clean And we'll the food is absolutely great would recommend this place if your a big steak person or even just a meal with some family or just friends

My families 1st visit to Cheikhos (6 people). We had a great time, the food tasted great and was authentic Italian food. The service was excellent, we will definitely be visiting again.

Great as always , food and service was great , Covid guidelines followed by staff all the time , was not crammed in and good flow of air, we felt safe and confident to eat in the restaurant and order at the bar. Great job

We (four adults) visited The Cedars on Friday evening , 28th August and were very pleased with every aspect of the occasion - the food was very good , there is a good selection of beers - all very keenly priced. The staff were very helpful and attentive as always. In all it was a very nice evening , felt quite safe , and was excellent value for money. We'll certainly be visiting again soon. Thank you

With everything that is going on with covid the staff where amazing and the food was worth the money we didn't have to wait long for food

Lovely atmosphere good food and very good for menu wise .

On a recent visit we were greeted by a young man who was very polite and welcoming. He showed us to a table. We were in a newly constructed building which was like a large conservatory which was very light and partly open on only one side. This meant that we had protection from rain and with sanitizers available and enough fresh air it madean ideal room for Covid 19 conditions. With heaters available on the walls this room should be comfortable in all but blizzard weathers. My friend and I both chose fish and chips. My friend chose a jumbo size and I had a more modest but quite adequate size. We had mushy peas and finished off with Ice cream. This lunch was part of Dishy Rishi's Eat out deals

Very limited menu, I enjoyed my meal. partner and dad had steak and the sauce was very runny. not sure would be back to eat at full price but had a lovely afternoon.

Lovely new outdoor seating area which looks really pretty as it is getting dark with the lights twinkling! Lovely food, great service and even better value with the eat out to help out scheme. We shall be returning.

Pub COVID safe food was lovely and great value. Only complaint would be 1hour wait for food even though I booked

Lunch on 24 August faultless service food and management of the social distancing restrictions. Well done to all staff. 4 great steaks enjoyed with flavoursome sauces.

Warm friendly welcome, much improved on previous visits. Very well prepared to deal with COVID, felt safe throughout our meal. Starters and main course spoilt because they had no Salsa for the nachos or the fajitas. There’s a shop opposite that sells salsa so why not buy a few jars? Overall good food, great portions and attentive service.

I took my niece and nephew for lunch. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. I ordered a fish pie and my niece and nephew had burgers which we really enjoyed. I booked online and the environment was very safe.
