Great service and great food always the same whenever we visit
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreGreat food loved the scouse so good Great service Friendly welcoming staff Fabulous value for money Will always visit when in Liverpool
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreWe came to Souvla after visiting the Cathedrals. I had the houmus followed by the pork schnitzel. My companions had garlic bread followed by the loaded chicken fries. Our waitress was absolutely charming. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Oustanding value for money: I have paid a lot more for worse!
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreNice place, good atmosphere. Staff were friendly and made ordering food/drinks easy. Food was good, not rushed and clearly cooked to order. Staff serving were standout though to me, made the difference.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreLovely food . Good portion sizes. Great service from the staff
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentrePre-theatre meal at Ma Egertons again. As always good vibes, good food and very good staff. I find booking best to avoid disappointment.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreAmazing service as soon as we walked in. Drink ordered and served in minutes. Food was delicious nice and hot! We didn't have to ask for another drink they asked us. We can't wait to return.

Souvla – Liverpool City CentreStaff was amazing. We were a party of 6 and all agreed that the Food was really poor. Very bland. Chicken and chips/salad came out in a high rounded curry dish? This has Changed from the first time we went as was on a proper plate and food was very nice and had flavour. Chicken this time looked soggy and anaemic. Not many chips either for the price. The ribs were £9.50 for 4 tiny bones with not much meat. Wouldn’t go again due to this. Far too overpriced for what you get
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWhat an excellent restaurant & the staff were amazing & helpful! Thankyou so much , we will be back ! We were a party of 10 & the food came out together
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWe found it average. My Cajun Burger came out with a handful of chips. The bap was small with loads of tomatoes and a slither of luke warm chicken. The meal was smaller than my grandsons kids meal ! The manager to be fair knocked the price of the burger off the meal. We will be trying elsewhere next time in Liverpool as this was quite poor.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreOnce again a fab meal excellent service and great value for money. The weather was horrendous and Ma Edgertons was packed ,so pleased I had booked ! A very popular pre theatre venue !
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreAmazing!!! Great food, great staff and very good value for money. Get those guys a bonus!
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreThroughly enjoyed food here with my girlfriend before we went to a concert. Only thing that was a let down was the service as the lady who was working seemed to be the only person serving. She was run off her feet! We had to wait a while for more drinks but this should have been noticed. We arrived in plenty of time so there wasn’t too much of a rush from ourselves but after 2 hours and still not receiving our bill until asked was quite annoying. We received complimentary fudge brownies for dessert which was a nice touch. I feel many people were in the same situation and even a couple next to us waited far too long for their mains, that never turned up after asking 3 times and they had to leave. I feel more staff would be beneficial or atleast tell people beforehand there’s a wait on the food!
