Pre concert scoff on a Saturday evening Boss bar close to lime street. everyone relaxed and happy and particularly the bar staff. Quite busy but plenty of room for all and many vantage points to watch the footy if you wanted. Pizzas ordered, hot dogs with chilli mince wow ! Mad sides of nachos with dips.. bloody massive tasty as. Now the ales blue waves please ... boss pint recommended. To cap it all final bill very reasonable. Likely to be back very soon.

A beautiful meal and service!! Reserved a table for mobility access but traffic was a mare, but it was still reserved for us!! Thank u so much!! The scouse was beautiful and laurel n hardy pizza amazing thank you!!!

Gorgeous afternoon tea for my friends birthday. Delicious food and excellent service, especially from Beth who made it really special with attention to detail. Would definitely return. Excellent value for money also

Excellent food and service before we went to see Les Miserables at the Empire. The pizzas were lovely. Would recommend.

We had an amazing afternoon tea at the Richmond hotel. The proccesso was delicious and the fresh sandwiches and freshy made cakes and scones were to die for. We were impressed with the salmon wraps and the coronation chicken rolls, which made a nice chance from all sandwiches. There was an excellent choice in cakes to meet all tastes. The tea was hot and was of excellent quality. The air conditioning did make the environment cold, but we asked if this could be turned down, and the staff were warm, friendly and attended to our request. 100% will return to have afternoon tea here again...

Food was lovely and tasty! I had the spicy Buddha bowl (vegan) boo had a full English and then we shared the blueberry and banana pancakes. I enjoyed our cosy little afternoon. The atmosphere was great and not too over crowded. Staff seemed friendly enough and the service was fairly quick. I would go back for some coffee and cake but I think the food is a little overpriced for the amount you get... nevertheless, I was overall satisfied.

We ate here for lunch on 15th October with the Groupon deal , 3 course meal with bottle of wine for 2. We should have been there for dinner the night before and arrived at the booked time but unfortunately my husband took ill just as we arrived . Beth in the restaurant was lovely rearranging the reservation for the day after giving him time to recover which fortunately he did. The menu choice at the lunch was limited but we were happy with what was available and enjoyed the food. The house red was a Pinot Noir and very good. Service was friendly from the staff, sorry did not get the names , and they did check everything was okay with the meal. Our only comment to each other was they were a bit skimpy on the ice cream with the sticky toffee pudding as it did not have much sticky toffee sauce . All in all we enjoyed the food, the chatter with the staff, the setting though it was quiet as only two other couples dining. My mum would have enjoyed it for the starched real cloth napkins alone !

Nice food and atmosphere but some of the workers were rather dismissive and ‘laid back’

Food was ok but different to the menu that was advertised on groupon so not much choice. Service was not good took ages and when food came wAiter dropped the plate on table and food fell off the plate and he just walked away. Not sure I would go again.

Visited the dough bar on a Saturday evening for food and a few beers after the theatre. The service was fab, really friendly, chatty staff...excellent customer service. The beers were very nice and served in groovy glasses and the food was yummy. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
