Lovely food and ambience at a very reasonable price. Whilst the service was great paying the bill was not easy. We would definitely visit again :)

Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreAs usual, absolutely excellent food. Staff again, always lovely and helpful. I always come here for food before the theatre and it was the first time for my friends. We all had scouse, very tasty and nicely presented. Everyone loved it. Will be back again. Thank you
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreWe had a great early bird meal at Souvla last night. Lovely food, plenty of it, complementary dessert, excellent value for money. And the staff are lovely. We’ll be back!

Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreMy friend and I had a wonderful meal yesterday. The portion sizes are excellent value for money, the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are incredibly attentive. The complimentary dessert was such a lovely touch, and the cosy atmosphere made the experience even better.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreSuch a hidden gem one of my favourite pubs in Liverpool .Had a pre Theatre lunch it was fabulous really good value for money and delicious .The service was speedy and friendly and the atmosphere was brilliant .They never fail to disappoint ,we will be back !
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreBooked for a pre theatre meal. Pub was very busy due to it being the Christmas period but the staff were really helpful and assisted me with seating my elderly disabled mum. Staff kept checking in to ensure we were ok and had everything we needed. It would have helped to have a slight tilt to the step but staff helped with doors etc. great night we will definitely go again. Food was lovely and hot I would highly recommend the scouse.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreDidn't get chance to taste the food, walked in on time for our reservation, was told out table wasn't ready, was asked to go to the bar, we stood for 15mins and was completely ignored by the bar tender. Very very poor service. We walked out and went over the road to the turkish restaurant and was welcomed by the staff. Food was lovely too. When there is so much competition around, you have to make diners feel welcome. I won't be booking Souvla again. Shame.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreA very pleasant venue with equally pleasant staff Food was excellent and service too First visit but hope it won’t be long before we can visit again
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreVisited here last night, server was so friendly however the food was disgusting. Garlic bread came out extremely burnt, then waited almost 40 minutes on mains, the ribs were so tough they wouldn’t pull apart and the southern fried fillets had a tangy taste. Really disappointing £75 for basic food which was disgusting

Lovely atmosphere, staff excellent friendly and attentive without being intrusive .Food was delicious, what more can you ask for. We will be returning and can highly recommend.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreWent in for Scouse and a Guinness, my elderly parents are a regular here and rave about the Scouse, so we all booked. I wasn't disappointed, the food is out of this world, will definitely be back, friendly staff, warm atmosphere and excellent location straight out of Lime Street station. Five stars all the way!
