Had a lovely evening at The Bridge End. Great service, fantastic atmosphere and lovely food.

Our Easter roast was delicious, a good portion, the only thing was that the gravy was already on the plate and mustard etc in sachets

Had a table for 15 on sat afternoon. Great service and lovely food for everyone. Everything came out quickly, fresh & hot. No complaints from us, great afternoon for all.

Had a really lovely evening. The food was lovely; the service was superb and the atmosphere was great.

We ate at lunchtime. It wasn’t very busy - only about 4 tables of people eating. The pub was lovely and warm. Our first course of shared Nachos was stale. This was apologetically replaced by nice crunchy fresh nachos. Apparently the staff opened a new bag. Main course of hallumi and hummus ciabatta was quite dry - more hummus would have been nice. My friends Pulled Pork bap was fine. Staff were helpful and polite, but not the best meal I’ve had in Llangollen.

Booked a meal for the family (son, wife and grand-children, daughter and husband and ourselves) post -Christmas. Had a lovely evening - staff were attentive but also left us alone to chat; food and drink were delicious (although not all first choices were available; but hey, post Christmas and New Year!) and everybody enjoyed it; atmosphere was great.

Great atmosphere with a very good choice in music playing to suit the time and day. Food was very nice too. There was a great member of staff who made the visit very welcoming and I’d return because of his service.

Our experience was extremely poor last night. I booked a table for 5pm as we had a toddler in our party. No member of staff came to take a drinks order and when we eventually had our meals it was an hour and a half later. Needless to say we were all very unhappy by this point. Out of nine meals ordered, only three were hot and the rest were lukewarm . Our waitress asked if we wanted desserts but of course by this time we weren’t interested. The manager came to our table when we told a member of staff that we were not happy and he just offered us some money off vouchers for our next visit. We explained that we would not be coming back again and would not recommend The Bridgend.

We had a lovely Christmas Eve family meal at the Bridge End Hotel. Staff were friendly and chatty, they accommodated extra people for us at the last minute and the food was amazing! Thank you for a lovely evening!

Good food, friendly staff. We were a large party and a bit cramped but all round a good experience. We will be going there again in the future

We all really enjoyed the food , good service and friendly atmosphere.

Nice surroundings and great food. Warm and cozy on a wet and miserable winters day. No complaints other than the time it took to pay the our bill. One more minute and we would have walked out without paying…
