Great place to eat. Service fab. Our waitress was new to job but very friendly and helpful.

The setting was lovely, good service, but the chicken was Very scarce in the Tagatelli I'm afraid I was rather dissapointed, meal was tasty, but 3 to 4 chunks of chicken is rather limited for a £15 meal.

We ate at the Bridge End on Friday evening for a retirement do. The staff have been fantastic throughout the process. Very helpful, even finding us 4 AA batteries when we asked! The food was delicious and there was a wonderful atmosphere in the room. Thank you very much for your service.

A truly fantastic place, where we were greeted with a wonderfully warm welcome. The staff were not only lovely and accommodating, but their attentiveness made all the difference—nothing was ever too much trouble. One of the two dogs in our party is quite nervous, and this was her very first experience dining out in a restaurant. Thanks to the thoughtful team, who had considered this when I booked, we were seated in a comfortable spot, and she was even treated to some special goodies! The food was absolutely delicious, leaving us with nothing but empty plates and satisfied appetites. From start to finish, I couldn't fault this charming pub or its delightful landlady. A heartfelt thank you!

Service was good. Food took a while to come out. Two peoples food came out first then we waited about 7 minutes for the other two people's food to come. I ordered "loaded" fries. A few fries with a dollop of beef on top was not loaded fries. Very disappointing.

On arrival, me and my family where warmly welcomed and seated straight away, staff where so helpful with getting high chair for baby and quick to take our drinks order. Food was warm and tasted amazing, me and my partner had the 2 courses for the Sunday dinner and very delicious and satisfying. Children's meals was great portions only fault I had was no chicken nuggets but my daughter tried the pasta and loved it. Pub was clean and had a lovely homely feel. Would definitely be dinning here again when we visit Llangollen.

Not the best, was waiting a long time for waitress to come over, waiting a long time for drinks had to remind them twice on 2 separate occasions about our drinks order. Not waiting too long for food, the food was ok, not amazing, but fine. Dirty crockery was given. It's a shame, I had high hopes, quite disappointing.

First time since refurb, looks great, food was really good pub grub, good service. Only one downside, one bar person on a very very busy bar on a Saturday??? Poor guy was run off his feet and long waits for drink service.
