We had a lovely lunch to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We love the new decor & there's a great choice of tables. We chose one with a view across the bridge. Our server was polite & attentive throughout. The meal was served quickly & was delicious and well cooked. Portion size is good. We will certainly return & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a good meal at a reasonable price.

We booked in for a birthday meal, it was very quiet, we were the only table there for a while, but the atmosphere was still lovely. The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough without being too imposing and the food was great. Would definitely go again.

We were staying over at the pub (very good value, lovely room, breakfast and lovely staff!) so booked a table for that night in the pub/restaurant. We shared chilli loaded fries and nachos and both were great - proper honest pub grub! The team here make you so welcome, we live fairly close so will definitely return! 10/10

Took my daughters and three grandchildren for lunch on 4th January 2025. Very welcoming staff, the waiter on the day was great with the kids too. Food very nice too. Would definitely return

We booked for a Sunday lunch on the 29th Dec 2024. We arrived and they were extremely busy. It's not our first time visiting since the refurbishment. It's very warm and welcoming. We had drinks before ordering our food. Yes there was a little wait but if you want fresh food you have to wait. When the food arrived it looked good it was hot and plenty of it. My husband had the chicken and I had the beef roast. The food as I said was hot and there was plenty of taste in everything. Staff were pleasant and attentive without being OTT. We were not rushed and when finished the manager came over and asked if we were happy and satisfied. The answer was yes... another return visit is on the cards. It's over an hour away from us in Denbighshire but good food and lovely atmosphere goes a long way. See you soon. Jan and Les

Went to the Bridge End Hotel for an early dinner on New Year’s Eve. Had good food, we both ordered the burgers, really good! Got the wrong drink but couldn’t apologise enough and even though they replaced it, didn’t charge us for the wrong order. Will definitely visit again! Lovely staff, really friendly and lovely pub!

Very nice food. Clean and tidy tables and the Christmas decorations were really tasteful.

We really enjoyed going to the bridge end for Sunday lunch yesterday, however, the meals came quite cool and as I am a slow eater, I felt that it needed to be much hotter so we sent both meals back . There was no bad feelings and the meals were back with us a few minutes later & thoroughly enjoyed. We have been before and will be back. It’s a lovely place with great staff

Sunday lunch couldn’t get any better! We had roast beef which came will all the trimmings even a portion of cauliflower cheese to share. Oh my it was delicious we can highly recommend the brownie and sticky toffee pudding for a couple of desserts too. Service was great, really welcoming staff and Jason is A* for his hospitality. Like the refurbishment and the food was excellent. Music in dining room was far too loud and we couldn't have a conversation.

Visited The Bridge Hotel, Llangollen, on a number of occasions during our 6 day holiday. Drank decent beer and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Our group of 5 ate once at The Bridge Hotel and although one of the food orders was incorrect they made up for it with a complimentary dessert. Jason, the manager, and his team were attentive and receptive to our needs. Would recommend a visit.

Had good meal and very decent priced drinks. Brilliant outside area for smokers or diners and you can take your dog!

Called in for a meal on way to Holyhead on our return to Ireland last week. Was thrilled to bits to see all the cat ornaments, as I am a cat lover, and we were both very impressed with the service, friendliness, excellent food and cleanliness. Thank you so much for a lovely memory!
