Avoid. Understaffed. Toilets filthy. Glasses dirty. Floor dirty. Food ok. Grubby menus which are not covid secure. Decor dated. Needs complete refurb.

Great food, always good value. Particularly impressed with the pleasant staff. Very well run and organized.

Diabolical service prevents this cheap but cheerful place from being bearable.

We took advantage of the Eat out to Help out campaign and enjoyed an excellent meal at Cheiko's in Lutterworth. I had 2 course set menu consisting of baked mozarella and a salmon entree while my wife had an excellently prepared pizza The food was excellent and represented good value even without the discount offered as part of the scheme

The food was lovely, really enjoyed the meal. Service was very good. Felt safe. Excellent price. The back room a little dull, prefer the main room, as it has a modern look and good atmosphere.

Great choice on menu my choice fillet steak was cooked spot on and was excellent. The two ladies in the group had steak and ale pie and where both impressed . The only problem is choosing witch meal to have there so many good ones on the menu.

We booked a table online for 3 people, there was space for any special requests, I asked to be able to sit with another booking, our neighbours, who had just booked themselves a table of 3. I also requested a high chair and informed of a dairy allergy in one of our Party. I then phoned up to confirm the information had been received. It was confirmed that it was. On arrival with our neighbours, we were seated at 2 tables at opposite ends of the pub, the greeter said that the note was there but had not had any notice taken of it. There was no high chair at the table and when I enquired about whether the child's fish fingers were milk free, the barman took ages to try and work it out and in the end I was given the folder to work it out for myself. The food was great when it arrived but it took so long for it to arrive, my 16 month old was beside himself.

Amazing food as always and a lovely cosy atmosphere. Reasonably priced for the quality of food. Definitely recommend!

We booked a table for 8:30 and was told that our table wasn’t ready and asked to wait outside. We got a drink from the bar (there were 2 of us), and my drink was missed so had to wait again for it. The whole pub was packed and the staff didn’t seem to have it under control. The tables were very close together also. Waited outside until 9pm and then came back inside to see if our table was ready which it was. Ordered meals which when they came were very nice, although there were a couple of flies which kept landing on our food between mouthfuls and we were missing a starter so had to wait again for that. We then ordered one dessert and by this time the pub was empty, seemed to be taking forever so my partner asked where it was and the kitchen staff had forgotten, by this time it was 10:30pm! Then while waiting we heard a loud crash in the kitchen followed by “f**k”, extremely unprofessional. We didn’t leave until 10:45pm which is a long time when the table was booked for 8:30. Won’t be rushing back!

We arrived to our booking and was greeted with a warm welcome seated and given our menu we felt safe! Sadly I felt the tables were to close together and would like to see them spread out more or even take away the middle row . Food was fabulous service was fabulous Thank you!

This was a very pleasant experience . we were given a nice table and the service was very good. the food was excellent i had the steak signature dish which was delicious and cooked rare just as i ordered prices very reasonable we will return

I have eaten many times at this venue and lately, it’s hit and miss at best. This time unfortunately a miss. Even after booking a table we arrived to be told there were still people eating at our table and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Then One of the starters that arrived was not what was ordered. My partner and his daughter mostly enjoyed their main meals but the peas served were hard and very undercooked. My salmon was dry and overcooked whilst the beans were still raw and the new potatoes were seemingly in the microwave too long and rubbery. We didn’t complain as when we mentioned that we had the wrong starter nothing was done to rectify it. Such a shame as last time I was there we had 2 perfectly cooked steaks. Come on Man at Arms you used to be so good and had a great reputation. These days it seems to be more miss than hit. I will still keep coming back as when you get it right your food is exceptional and great value for money.

Staff were really helpful and service was good, however as a gluten intolerant person my menu choices were minimal. Quite behind the times as the vast majority of places now have specific gluten free menus or have gf on the normal menu. Its very time consuming for busy staff and customers to sift through an allergy folder of every dish and ingredient! King Taverns need to sort it out, its not difficult.

Hi We come to the man at arms about five time’s last year was very good, atmosphere was always good an staff very pleasant . Are visit on Saturday the food was very disappointing I had a fillet steak didn’t taste much like fillet it was over cooked , I asked for medium to well it was very dry an overcooked the sauce was missing , The order hadn’t been placed although it was requested , chip were cold an soggy , Disappointed not the normal service, staff were pleasant , My partner had liver an onions he said his was ok, not the normal standard , sorry you did ask.

I've Been coming to Cheikhos for 10-15 years and it's one of my favourite restaurants, Great Food, Nice Cosy place with a very pleasant atmosphere. Also Props to The Owner and staff who always do a great job and we always walk away feeling very happy about our experience. Many Thanks.

Cheikho's is a nice, small restaurant with a special atmosphere. Food is absolutely amazing for a good value of money. With good aces to the parking. Definitely worth going with family and friends.

Cheikhos is a lovely quaint Italian restaurant. We have eaten here a few times and are always impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. It’s great in the summer when they have the front windows pulled open. They have a good system in place regarding CV19 so there’s no reason not to visit!
