Food was great, service was great i would recommend to friends and family

Superb food! Our meal was delicious. Both mine and my husband’s meals were absolutely stunning in taste and presentation. Service was swift and friendly. Nice, rustic feel and a pleasant surprise! We will visit again. Very enjoyable meal and a place on our doorstep!

Great resturant, lovely food. We visited on a Tuesday night so it was quiet, but a nice atmosphere. The owner was welcoming and friendly. The only issue was the 3rd party booking system - no guarantee the booking will get through to the resturant, so best to call them directly to check the reservation. We will be back!

Really lovely meal in a restaurant we hadn’t tried before. The food was excellent and very good value for money. The only issue was it was cold in the restaurant with quite a few people wearing coats!!! We will go again when it warms up.

Booked a table for 3 on Saturday morning and ate about 7.30pm that evening. Food was excellent and service very good.

Complete disaster!!!! Booked on the sugarvine app got and printed confirmation only to be called 1 hour before booking to be told they were full and couldn’t honour our booking !!!! DO NOT TRUST BOOKING SYSTEM !!!!!

This restaurant had been a firm family favourite of ours and with kids growing up and moving away I hadn’t been here for quite a few years until the other night! Gosh I was so happy - food service and atmosphere was just as I remembered! Been back in touch with the kids and I am about to book again!! Just brilliant

The food was brilliant and the service is excellent. It is very good value for money. My only criticism is the chairs are very uncomfortable even with the given cushion. Sorry but my back ached so much after an hour !

From start to finish food was poor and tasteless on but meals ordered. White wine was warm. Service good but no won't be returning
