I have visited here a few times now and think it is a hidden gem. From the coffee,to cakes to breakfast & lunch. It is great. Lovely staff Great location and love that dogs are welcome too. I booked a table as knew it would be busy over Easter weekend. We had 2 coffee each.......as it is so good and creamy. And 2 club sandwiches and salt & pepper chips. We ate the lot. Every crumb. This is our go too place. We love it. Keep up the fantastic work and see you for coffee & lunch soon Carla & Michael

Afternoon tea was a great experience at Lytham Hall, sandwiches and cakes were all beautifully made and in generous supply. The staff were very attentive and in particular the young man serving us was polite and competent. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

Food was excellent and reasonably priced service was very good also would recommend to anyone

The service was attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious. The staff changed one of the cakes as neither of us enjoy chocolate cake. The atmoshere was relaxing, an altogether pleasant way to spend an afternoon. The little Easter egg was an unexpected bonus. Thank you.

What a fabulous setting, amazing staff and superb food. We have had several afternoon teas at Lytham Hall and they are one of the best in the UK This time we were lucky to get a Sunday booking where the theme of the afternoon tea is Sunday lunch. We can't wait to come back .

This is the third year we have been for my wife's birthday. The whole experience from the house visit to the delightful afternoon tea is well worth the experience. We will be there next year too

Went for our Birthday (83) treat. Both on the same day, same age!! Dining room quiet . Only three tables taken which was surprising. Food and service very good. Only moan was the lack of heating , a bit too cool for the end of March.

Excellent afternoon tea at Lytham Hall 31/03/2026. Shown into a very grand room. Service was top class like the food . Always attentive if you required more tea, coffee or anything. Lovely warm scones with jam and cream served seperate from rest of food, a nice touch. Can recommend to all.

Excellent value for money, exquisite food and service. Staff were friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning...again !! Only drawback was the car park. Don't mind paying the £1.50 for 2 hours, but the state of the car park left a little to be desired. Following recent rain, huge puddles made it almost impossible to get to the payment machine. Only a small niggle that could easily be sorted.

We received a voucher at Christmas from our granddaughter. We arrived and were greeted with a smile, shown to our table. Within minutes our afternoon tea arrived with selected of warm pastry and tiny Yorkshire puddings (Sunday’s). Everything was delicious. Plenty of tea, we had 3 pots! Would definitely go again. It was the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had.

Excellent experience

Afternoon Tea on 18th March was good. Staff were friendly and the surroundings were delightful. Food was excellent & plentiful. Will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely time - food was good , One of the ladies was lovely super helpful and chatty , we were over our allotted time and she said we could stay as long as we wanted as it wasn’t full On the next sitting - however the older lady was very frosty bordering rude ! She Came and cleared our plates away, I was still nibbling on the cup of crisps and she took them away from me whilst I had my hand on a crisp !! We were gobsmacked - it total disbelief !! She clearly wanted us gone but didn’t have the manners to ask . My friend has just had a stroke and I’m Disabled and move slowly this too irritated her . I think she could do with some customer service training or I’d she doesn’t like her job move in to somewhere else . We won’t be rushing back .

Love afternoon tea at Lyham Hall. Exquisite food, lovely historical surroundings and the most lovely volunteers who can't do enough to help make the experience fabulous. It was the first time we have done the Sunday tea. Plenty of food and good value for money. The warm savoury additions of soup, quiche, yorkshire puddings etc. were most welcome as my dad does not have a sweet tooth and is not fond of afternoon tea usually. The warm scones were so light and delicious. Will definitely do the Sunday experience again and soon!
