Reviews in Lytham

This was my second visit to Lytham's new indian restaurant, and it certainly won't be my last. The place looks good, the service was very attentive, as you now expect from Indian waiters, and the food was delicious. I had chicken Jalfrezi which was done just right, not too sloppy, not too dry. The place is going to do very well and is long overdue on the Lytham dining scene.

If you want the best fish and chips in the country, then come and pay for them here. Steve N-w-S

Our party of four each thoroughly enjoyed their dishes which were up to the usual standard. Staff very attentive and friendly.

I enjoyed the food. The place was busy with plenty of atmosphere, all in all a great night out.

Again I had a great night at Porto's. A couple of drinks at the bar, upstairs to the posh part for a slap up, then back to the bar to drown my tonsiles, marvellous!!

Doner Kebabs have a reputation of only being edible when you are "over your legal limit", not so with Ahmet. I've been eating his kebabs for years now, drunk and sober, nobody compares!. Thanks for moving down to Lytham when you did.

Rick Stein was definitely not wrong about this place. We've become weekly regulars ! The haddock is really fresh, and the chips are always done to perfection. The seasonal events (mulled wine, etc) are also a lovely gesture.

The best chippy on the fylde,eat in or take-away!

Great restaurant, very good service, food very good value, but be careful as drinks are expensive.
