My friend and I had a fabulous afternoon tea. Staff are very friendly and attentive and it is a lovely room that afternoon tea is served. For a small fee you can view the lovely hall which is really interesting and has a Dickens theme. A wonderful afternoon.

Overall experience was excellent, the tour of the Dickens theme was an extra special touch, with beautiful displays and informative presentations. The afternoon tea was super. All guests were delighted with the service and exceptional high standard of food. All staff were helpful and caring. Thank you, highly recommended.

From the moment of arrival to the end of the follow-up tour of the hall, the experience could 't have been better. The staff and volunteers were attentive, cheerful, friendly and accommodating; the food was perfectly prepared and served thoughtfully; the number of people for the size of the space was just right and the decor was breathtaking. Altogether, we had a wonderful time and the additional bonus of a tour of the house, themed "A Dickens of a Christmas" completed the afternoon. Thank you to all staff and volunteers!

Owner makes sure every part of our evening was spot on, food was divine and wine advised was also a fabulous choice. The time it must have taken you all in making everything and assembling it shows commitment and love of Christmas. We would like to thank the volunteer who took time in doing sign language to on of our members who is deaf it was so lovely and very much appreciated. The volunteer was serving our afternoon tea .
