Visited over Xmas and disappointed. One member of staff doing all, taking order, cooking, serving, clearing away & taking payment. Food was expensive for a wrap and frankly nothing special. Bill came to over £72 which for a burger and 2 wraps was quite expensive though this did include a drink each. On reflection would have preferred a proper sit down meal at another venue as this place is just fast food with fries that charges top dollar as in central Lytham…though venue is ordinary being an ex chippy. If you’re out shopping in lytham, cba going to McDonald’s and have plenty of money, pop in and get a burger with chips, but for an evening meal I’d swerve it and go elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our afternoon tea. Lovely food and atmosphere. My only criticism is of the waitress service . They were constantly coming and clearing away when all of our tea had been served. I can understand the clearing away of the savory plate. But they kept coming back taking buts like the jam and cream pots whilst we were eating. Then as one of us finished, she found her plate and cup and saucer taken away whilst the other 2 of the party were still eating. This did not create a relaxing atmosphere. And then we were asked if we wanted any takeaway boxes before we had finished too. On booking our tea, it did say we had a 90 minute slot. We arrived on time, and we were still eating well within our time slot when this was happening. You did have a Not So Silent Night on that evening. (Of which we attended). Maybe they were eager to clear away because of this.? As they were setting up the tables ready whilst we were there. But I don't think we should have been rushed because of this. Our tea was due to end at 4.15, and thst didn't start until 5.30 I have also booked for the Antique talk afternoon tea, for 4 of us in January. I hope this will not be repeated there?

Our second Christmas Afternoon Tea at Lytham Hall and it didn’t disappoint! What a lovely venue and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A great start to Christmas.

Top marks for The Daulvee. Our first visit and definitely won't be the last! Absolutely stand out food, so fresh and tasty, and served beautifully. The gentleman who served us was lovely, courteous and very knowledgeable about the food being served. No surprise that the Daulvee has won recent awards for its food. It really was delicious!

Lovely fresh food. Excellect service. Overall a very pleasent ecperience. Would be nice to have a choice of more savoury and less sweet snacks.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Lytham Hall. Staff couldn't have been nicer, the setting complete with open fire was quite opulent and the food delicious.

Lovely afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and great service. We enjoyed this after our tour round the hall which was amazing. Well done to all the volunteers for the hard work you have put in to create this magical event.

We had a lovely Christmas afternoon tea ,the room is a lovely setting. The food was very nice, good quality and nicely presented. The staff really look after everyone and were very well presented. We will definitely go back again.

My afternoon tea was a birthday present from my friend. The food was amazing the staff were very attentive definitely be going back after Christmas.

Lovely setting. Very Christmassy. Staff were very attentive and food was good. Didn’t look over facing but was still to much. We got doggy bags but then left them- sorry! Would recommend a walk around the hall as well at bargain price of £5 if aftermarket tea taken.

We went for a tour around the hall before festive afternoon tea on a Sunday afternoon. The hall was magical!! The afternoon tea was delicious. Will definitely do again next year. Well done and thankyou to all the staff for their hard work dressing the hall. It looked really beautiful. x x

Highly recommended exceeded expectations excellent value for money. Would have preferred a more balance of savoury and sweet but wouldn’t put me off coming again. Hall was lovely to view afterwards

December 7th was probably one of the darkest, wettest days of the month but it proved to be the perfect background for our visit to the elegant Lytham Hall and its fantastic extravaganza of Christmas over the years. To add to the pleasure, at the end of our visit we were able to enjoy the perfect afternoon tea in the hall’s beautiful Old Red LibraryThe food was delicious and of a very high quality with copious amounts of tea or coffee and the availability of an alcoholic drink if required. The staff who served us were very professional and able to talk us through all the delights on the stands. There was an abundance of goodies and our group left with “doggie boxes” of cakes that just couldn’t be finished! It was a day that will always be remembered.

Enjoyed festive afternoon tea and tour round the hall. The food was delicious and beautifully served ,the hall was magical making a wonderful afternoon. The hall is a credit to staff and volunteers.
