Lovely relaxed afternoon tea in Lillibet's. Excellent service and great sandwiches, scones and desserts. All within one of the marvellous rooms of Lytham Hall.

Attended the hall for silver afternoon tea with 2 friends. Set in a lovely room with a roaring fire. Staff very helpful and polite. Food was really lovely. Scones maybe the only thing that could have been a bit better. They were a bit flat and not as light as they could have been. Only a minor thing. Everything else was very good - especially all the cakes and desserts. Thought it was good value for money.

We had a wonderfully delicious and plentiful afternoon tea yesterday with champagne which was excellent and couldn't have been bettered. What set the day apart was the setting, the carriage waiting outside, as if we had just arrived in it - the maids dressed in period costume who were full of personality and couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant; and the red library where we were seated - a beautiful room full of interesting objects and art and of course a roaring fire. We loved every minute - it was a really special occasion.

The afternoon tea was excellent everything was very enjoyable consisting of a variety of sandwiches, cakes and desserts all very tasty. The Waiter and Waitress were both very friendly and attentive couldn't do enough. The log fire in the beautiful room gave it a special feel.

First visit over the weekend. Brilliant food, lovely atmosphere, a very friendly and accommodating team and excellent service. Highly recommend the jerk chicken wings. Will definitely be back soon - hugely impressed!

The afternoon tea was a birthday gift and was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We booked for the Silver afternoon tea but added a couple of glasses of prosecco which topped off the occasion. The food, atmosphere and value for money were to the highest standards and the service superb. We had booked on the last service of the day and with just ourselves and two other people attending had the full attention of the host throughout and he made the day even more enjoyable by explaining about Lytham Hall, the Clifton family and their history. Highly recommended!

My 80 year old mother and I had a lovely afternoon tea at Lilibets. The atmosphere was amazing, beautiful real fire and a wonderful host. The food was amazing including the warm scones. We would definitely recommend booking if you haven't been before. 10/10

For my birthday I invited three friends for the Silver Afternoon Tea which was absolutely delightful. Lovely sandwiches, wraps, cakes, desserts and warm scones. The teapot was never empty and the service we had from our lovely waitress was second to none, there when needed but so unobtrusive. A lovely warm fire on a cold wet day, what more could you ask for. I would recommend it to anyone.

It was a step back in time having afternoon tea in such beautiful surroundings and having the real fire roaring away added to the atmosphere . Tables were traditionally set and we were served delicious sandwiches and sweet treats followed by warm scones by very friendly staff. We then went on a reduced rate tour of the hall which was really interesting, there were also plenty of volunteers on hand to chat and bring to life the history of the hall. A really enjoyable afternoon that I would highly recommend.

Lovely room to have an afternoon tea. Waiter was very attentive and gave excellent service. Delicious warm scones and desserts and plenty of tea. Wonderful setting and beautiful grounds.

What a wonderful find last Sunday 22 January. We walked into The Shables cafe and loved the ambiance and decor straight away and we were made welcome. The music was great, not loud, lovely modern decor and spotlessly clean. Lots of choice on the menus. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and our first visit. Amelia, our waitress was such a lovely, polite but friendly girl, she gave us excellent service. I would highly recommend a visit. We have found our new favourite eatery in Lytham. Thank you.

Perfect for celebration or just a treat. Food was delicious & wonderful service & atmosphere. We went for a tour of the hall also which was incredibly interesting. There were so many things to see that I will definitely go again. Perfect afternoon out.
