3rd visit to The Courtyard for Father's Day (6 people), and again the food was superb. The service is probably the best of any cafe/restaurant in Lytham, very attentive, polite, yet relaxed. Lovely atmosphere, great coffee and wonderful breakfasts all around. Will certainly be going back more regularly.

Husband had a small steak …skinny chips and HALF a tomato ..nothing else on the plate . 6/10 .Overpriced for what it was. Mushroom starter very enjoyable 8/10. My prawn linguini was a bit short on the prawns.7/10 Why does everything seem to be with skinny chips? A good restaurant should offer a choice of potatoes.

The Courtyard – LythamFirst time visit for a Saturday lunch with sister on shopping day to Lytham. What a lovely little place this is. This is not a run of the mill cafe...if you have a passion for food, prefer a relaxed ambience and sitting in nice surroundings you will enjoy it here. We are a bit foodie types so it can be hard to find eateries that live up to our expections and suit our taste but The Courtyard certainly did. Our lunch dishes were full of flavour and healthy too. We ate the Shakshuka with halloumi and the Ko Phan Chicken, both dishes were scrummy. A side Green Herby salad was also delicious, sooo fresh and tasty, especially the pea shoots! We recieved really nice service from a young man and a lady, we were not rushed at any point and felt very at home. Thank you, we will be returning when visiting Lytham again!

Mohshinas Indian Restaurant – LythamExcellent service and meal on 02/03/23. Prawn on puri, Hyderabadi lamb biryani, vegetable amber and tarka daal. Prawn puri very good, lovely juicy prawns with delicious sauce, biryani excellent, nice variation on the usual style biryani, lots of meat and great combination of spices and fruits/nuts in the rice, really tasty veg samber and the best tarka daal I’ve had outside of Southall area in London. Generous portions, I took enough home to feed me the next day. I’ll certainly be back!
