Our first visit on saturday night. Absolutely amazing, great food and great service. Loved the platter choices, meatballs fantastic just a shame we couldn't manage desserts. Will definitely come back.

We went on Saturday the 29th April with friends and was really disappointed. We walked in and they had to add another sitting to our table as they had only set it for four and there was five of us yet this had been booked for 3 weeks . We were sat there for 10mins and nobody came to ask if we wanted a drink or bring menus. I ask a girl if we could have a drink and some menus and bless her she said sorry but actually this isn't my part to be serving. Then the drinks came but still no menus. The food was lovely but the service the guys just put the food down at the end of the table not helpful to put it in the middle no smiles it's a shame . The music was to load we couldn't talk between ourselves it was a real shame as we have been a few times and it's been really good.

This is the second time that I've dined here and absolutely love it. On the ground floor is the bar with tables and chairs which is also used for the lunchtime dining. With it being early evening we dined in the restaurant on the first floor. The inside of the restaurant is stunning and well set out. The food was excellent and freshly cooked. Prices are very reasonable and the service was first class. We were lucky to be there during 2 for 1 cocktails and couldn't resist in ordering a few. I'll definitely recommend Piccante to my friends and anyone looking to dine in Macclesfield. Thanx to Felipe the chef, Haseena and her staff for another excellent evening and look forward in visiting here again x

We had an excellent Sunday lunch for two on 23/4. Lovely food, beautifully prepared. The staff could not have been more welcoming and attentive and the attention to detail is so impressive.

Absolutely love it here! Decent cocktails ( we were fortunate to be dining when it was happy hour ) The food was freshly made and delicious. Very happy with the prices and the quality of service, will be back soon.

We were so pleased to return to Bacchus last evening after an enforced absence due to Winter illness.As always the welcome from the team was warm and friendly as if we hadn’t been away!The food was amazing and cooked to perfection.It’s the attention to every culinary detail which is unique about this restaurant.The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are really attentive and helpful.We are so pleased we found Bacchus after a long search for a good restaurant in a quiet setting away from the City Centre.We are a retired couple in our 70’s but the restaurant is enjoyed by many people of all age groups!

We made a last minute decision to go and eat at Piccante on Saturday evening and when we arrived we were told that they were sorry but the restaurant had been fully booked out for a birthday party. The lovely barman Jack, then offered us a table in the bar area which we accepted. Despite the staff being run off their feet with the party upstairs they still were really attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. The service was prompt and the food was excellent. We also met Haseena, one of the owners who was lovely too. We had a great experience and delicious food and we will definitely be going back again soon.

Amazing food, friendly attentive service.

Excellent service and food. Ate at lilac cottage twice during our stay and enjoyed it very much. Would recommend highly. Cocktails are delicious.

We loved our Easter lunch at Piccante! The food was incredible- I’m dreaming of the sausage pasta and chicken tapas! The drinks and service were great- beautiful glasses and atmosphere. I will definitely be back whether it be for a coffee, cocktails or a meal. My new favourite restaurant in Macclesfield!
