Trying not to sound like I’m a relative or employed by the restaurant, but I’m going to say it’s bloody amazing. The food is fantastic, the staff are friendly & knowledgeable, they really do want you to enjoy the food & the restaurant. I love it there, I don’t ever want it to change. Can’t wait to go back again!

First time at this restaurant and I must say from the appetisers to the desert there was no faults, the food was freshly made and the quality was exceptional. Will definitely be returning and recommending to all friends and family

Vesuvius is a gem. We enjoyed good food and great service in friendly and unhurried atmosphere - its best to be hungry when you get there, because you’ll want to make the most of the menu. We will definitely be back!

First time going and I'm ashamed it's taken me this long considering I've lived in Maidstone my whole life. The staff were amazing and we were not rushed at all. The atmosphere of the restaurant is spot on and the food was fantastic. Will be back soon!

A definite for seafood lovers, with plenty of vegetarian options for couples parries with a mix of taste. Vesuvius food had helped me and wife see through successive lock-downs but it was great to be able to return in person having visited only once before, years ago when they first opened. Special occasion as well as my wife & I celebrated our anniversary. Food was even better in the restaurant, delicious with more options available. Excellent service - squared away with a shot of Limoncello.

3rd visit here and just as good as the 1st ,amazing menu and amazing food ,lovely staff and a really nice feel to the place ,can't wait to go back and try something else from the menu and to sample the huge choice of beers as this visit ,i was driving ;)

Absolutely perfect! We went there for our son's 8th birthday as he loves Italian food and everything from service to food was amazing. We loved the atmosphere, we didn't feel rushed, and the little dessert with a candle really made our son's night! We will definitely be back.

The food and service was spot on! I love my Italian food and the food Vesuvius provided was mouth watering! I really couldn't fault it at all! It was all fresh which you could tell straight away and will definitely be coming back!

Vesuvius is lovely, friendly family run restaurant. It has a varied menu, interesting specials and a great wine list.
