Really wanted to love this place as we'd heard so much about it. Booked for 3pm, arrived on time. Greeted by a lovely waitress who informed us that there was no cauliflower cheese and crackling left. We both ordered the beef. Veg, gravy, presentation, were superb. But the beef was stone cold. The manager/supervisor came to see us at the end and was a bit defensive over the lack of cauliflower cheese and crackling. Didn't like the projector screen pulled down with the rugby on. This is a lovely restaurant and doesn't need any gimmicks like that.

Once again, had a lovely meal on Friday! Never fails to impress with quality food and wonderful flavoursome dishes. Staff are so friendly and attentive . And good value for money as an added bonus !!

We were told about how good the Sunday Dinners were, so we had to try them, and it didn’t disappoint. It was the best Sunday Dinner we have had and we have had a few. The staff were great too, liked the fact that the Chef came out and asked us how everything was. Great value for money too would 100% recommend Panuozzos

There was 6 of us for a staff lunch. Went on a Thursday so it was BOGOF on pizza and pasta and we got 2 garlic breads. Great service, food was gorgeous....especially the garlic bread. Will definitely come back

Amazing food we went for the date night deal which was amazing value for the food that you get. Will definitely be coming back for another meal at some point. If you haven’t already tried this place please do you won’t be disappointed

We went for Teesside Restaurant Week, and enjoyed a three course meal for £20. Slightly disappointed by the pasta and the desserts weren't the best, but the pizza and the starters were brill!

Outstanding food as always, the Sunday lunch is just perfect, plenty of everything and great value for money. Service is always great made to feel welcome and never a long wait. Good atmosphere plenty of other families in there

We had the sirloin steak and lobster platter and it was absolutely gorgeous. We are definitely going back there again, the service was also fantastic the lady that looked after us could not do enough throughout. Thank you
