Visited last night. Food very average and poorly presented - steak, chips and half a grilled tomato. Nasty smell at the bar so moved tables as had been seated originally by the bar. Atmosphere average and service average. All in all a very lacklustre meal and will not hurry to return.

Been coming here since 1988, seen many incarnations of this great venue. 2019 is my favourite by a mile. Great atmosphere,drinks and great prices,food,service. Friendly and fun staff team added to fab Xmas eve supper!

I had a really good lunch at Gustum today. Grilled chicken wrap. The Chicken was succulent and marinated. the side salad very tasty with a portion of chips. great value too in this new place in Mossley Hill Liverpool

My kind of place. Small, quirky, simple menu, choice ingredients and selections quality of food, wine and beer. Like to try literally every dish on the menu.

On Friday 8th April, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at this restaurant - great value too. We would highly recommend to others!

Visited Loft on Mother's Day 2016, can I just say I loved every last bit of my meal, food was tasty, well cooked, fresh & very reasonably priced. The staff where a joy, very attentive, knowledgeable about food/drinks sold and they honestly couldn't do enough. I will be returning soon, ignore bad reviews, try it for yourself then decide. Visited The Loft for Mothers Day with party of 8.Booked in for 3pm no food for almost an hour service slow and unsatisfactory more interested in pushing drinks than providing a good service.The starter of pate was unappetizing and lacked flavor bread was one small slice of brown bread sliced in smallpieces . Waited another hour for the main no apologies from staff about lateness. After waiting another 20 mins for the pudding we left

This place is very nice. The owner she is polite. Good food and service. Good price. Also take- away reasonable price. I visit this place last year. We will be back soon.

Always had amazing meals here with family and friends and have recommended it to a lot of people! The fact that you can take your own wine etc makes the bill so much better at the end of an incredible meal and can't wait to go back!

Went here yesterday after not being for a few years and wanted to go somewhere in walking distance. We were really looking forward to a fish and chip supper and ordered fish and chips for 2 along with a few other items. Never have I been so disappointed with a take away. The fish seemed to have been left over from the previous night and reheated, it was definitely not freshly cooked. The fish, what there was of it, was dried out and hard and the batter soggy and oily. It was without a doubt the worst take away fish I had ever had and at £3.50 would have expected much better quality. I really should have returned them uneaten but we were settlesd for the night and instead they went into the dustbin. Allerton fish bar is in a prime residential location and should be a little gold mine but serving food of this quality I am suprised they have any customers at all. I certainly wont be returning and would not recommend it to others.

Visited the Eastern Diner this bank holiday weekend 2014. It has been refurbished since we were last here. The food and service still as fantastic as ever. A thoroughly brilliant evening. Well worth a visit.

Changed management at the end of August,this cosy friendly restaurant is a must for foodies! a great midweek deal 14.95 for 2 courses is a fantastic deal,we went on the strength of Trip adviser and have been a few times...always top quality especially the Lamb rump!

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful meal. Chinese mushroom soup, king prawn, ginger ,spring onion, sliced duck, banana fritters. Wow.

This restaurant is one of my favourite's the food is amazing , plus the owner Mike is always a more than friendly and a perfect host highly recommend this establishment ,!!!

Zaaffran will provide you with a very interesting menu, presented, cooked and served to perfection, and the venue and ambiance to go with it.....A rare event. You have to go to know.
