This place is an absolute joke! Very bad atmosphere, raw undercooked food, Vegetables on the plates stinks like the toilet sink, very very bad presentation, very very bad management and the worst server ever. He actually argued with us about our problems while dining there and when we complaint about one of the staff member killing a huge spider with a cloth napkin, he said 'its just a spider innit' VERY VERY Dirty bathrooms equals dirty kitchen, confusing decor, very old dated, servers who obviously don't want to be there and Manager who doesn't know what to do or sat when issues arrive waitress reason she got seated a large party, that is why in an hour she dropped off our food and never came back except to see if we were done and wanted desert. TAKE MY WORD, STAY AWAY!

Extremely rude service and overpriced. One of the chefs used the customer toilet while I was there and just soaked his hand with water and didn't use any hand wash. I was shocked. There is absolutely great places in and around the Mossley Hill that worth looking at. I've never been in a place where no one looks happy and they all looking at you like they hate you. Don't waste your hard earned money in this place. Kind Regards

Even though the food was ""ok"", this was the most expensive meal we had, and we felt that it was well overpriced with not much atmosphere inside. And the owner was treating the waitress girl with no respect what so ever, it was very disturbing to watch . And then he came around to ask if everything was ok, we were gonna be sick of his bio smell. I don't think that man had shower since he was born.

The food was mediocre. The prices were outrageous. The service was sub-par. We waited over an hour for our food. The manager blatantly told us that he needed to check our receipt to make sure we were telling the truth. The hostesses mysteriously "misplaced" the comment cards after asking how our visit was. I am appalled by our treatment. This is by far the worst place I've ever been to,Do not ever go to that place. We waited for about 15 min. They never brought us kids menus or offered us drinks.Bad value. There are better places to eat in the area. Overpriced and no atmosphere here. Save your hard earned money and look around. Tip automatically added to bill a bit cheeky to say the least.

Went on a Monday evening. The staff were very friendly and the service was first class. The food is top class, my wife had the cod for her main meal, I had the salmon; mouth watering good, finished off with Irish Coffees and tiramisu - again faultless. Would recommend without hesitation!

The beautiful, genuine staff were so friendly. The service was great and the food was amazing. I'm not too adventurous so I didn't try any of the more exotic food but the Turkish barbecue was a meat lovers dream. I'll be taking my girlfriend next time and would definitely recommend the place to others.

Hmm, well the Veg Musaka was a plate of chedder cheese, the garlic bread was like croutons. Average price, but not good value. Nothing special, one of the staff seemed rude and patronising to his female collegue belilttling her infornt of us. Won't be going back.

We eat there last night. Food good, great staff & service, prices not too bad. Presentation is not everything but, I think this is why we wont be back for a while.

Very nice meal. Very friendly staff. Went on a Monday night fairly quiet but had a very relaxed time and was not rushed out of our seat.

Went on Saturday evening to this newly opened restaurant and thought it was the best Turkish Restaurant we have in Liverpool. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Menu is really varied with plenty of choice and really good value. I had the Kofte as a main meal and thought this was the best Kofte outside of Istanbul, reminded me of what I used to get at the Kofte House on Divan Yolu - superb. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone who enjoys Turkish food - by far the best on Merseyside

Lovely food.. the breakfasts are great including the very fresh free range eggs.. yum! Nice airy and bright venue, spotlessly clean...The barbecues are meant to be legendary but I didn't get chance to try it..

Visited this restaurant on Thursday 29th March they had a few other tables occupied and two waiters serving, after 10 minutes of waiting to be offered a drink, we got up and walked out, during that period no-one was offered a drink or served. Appalling service get your act together otherwise you won't be as successful as the previous restaurant!

What a superb restaurant , food was amazing and the staff and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Small but very inviting and charming.

We went to this restaurant for my birthday with 8 other family members. The restaurant was spotless and the staff were very helpful but the food portions were tiny and the food was quite poor. Will not be going this restaurant again and would not recommend to anyone else.

All though the food was good I wont be returning to Paul's Place because of the added supplements to each course we ordered. Thinking back we should have questioned it I have since been advised I would have been within my fight to refuse to pay it.
