This was out first visit to Kafeneon and we couldn’t fault it. The food,service and atmosphere were all great and we will definitely be back!

We had a great meal at Kafeneon over the weekend. The staff are lovely, the food is all delicious and big portions, the cocktails were lush and the prices are really reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Lovely meal for 4 at Kafeneon,enjoyed the refurb as we had a table on the ground floor. Food as ever was superb,Souvlaki's and Gyros all around washed down with good old Mythos. Can't wait for the next visit.

We ate at this restaurant yesterday. All four of us were very impressed and loved all the tapas dishes we had. We were given some bread and olives while we were waiting for our food. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, very tasty, and nicely presented. Service was great, too. Two of us had desserts, which also looked lovely. Perfectly reasonably priced, too. Tables could perhaps be a bit bigger: with all the tapas dishes, it gets a bit crowded, but the dishes didn't all come together, which was good, as it also prevented dishes from going cold. An altogether lovely evening. Thoroughly recommend the place.

Love this place! This was my second visit and we will definitely be back again soon. Super friendly, efficient service and every dish looked and tasted amazing. It has a lovely, chilled, authentically Spanish atmosphere, the food is fresh (you can see it being cooked in the kitchen) and cooked perfectly. We shared 4 tapas between the 2 of us plus some bread, which was a perfect amount. The only issue was deciding what to have as everything on the menu sounded amazing, and having food envy looking at some of the other dishes coming out of the kitchen! Very reasonably priced - we will be back to try the rest of the menu!

Absolutely amazing as always, about our tenth visit now and never disappoints, our favourite tapas place to visit.

Perfect Chinese with lovely friendly staff. Excellent food , drinks and service

Been a while since we’ve been able to get here but pleased to say it was still fantastic. Staff really attentive, food delicious and really good value. Coupled with a nice atmosphere made for a really pleasant experience.

By far the BEST Greek restaurant in the North East. Fantastic and friendly staff, absolutely delicious food and cocktails (and the sangria wasn’t bad too!) and great atmosphere- especially if you’re lucky enough to get a table to dine outside when the sun’s out!

We had another lovely meal at kafeneon. Sat outside in the sunshine, food and wine were delicious and staff were friendly and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed, will be back and would definitely recommend.
