It's always wise to book this popular restaurant. The food is excellent, never had a bad meal yet and very reasonably priced. We usually order different dishes and it's never any trouble for the staff to bring extra plates so we can share. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. It's our favourite go to happy place!

Amazing value and great food! We opted for the lunch special menu. The starters and mains were delicious, especially loved the shawarma chicken. We added baklava to finish and it was amazing!

My wife and I were staying in Newcastle for the weekend and wanted to dine somewehere different each evening. My wife selected Kafeneon and we had an excellent meal, served by very attentive staff and the price very acceptable for what we had selected. Should we ever return to Newcastle we will make a bee line here.

Lovely chill dining experience, one of our party was 20 minutes late but not a problem, everything super fresh and hot when it came to the table and very reasonably priced, I paid £32 for two courses, a lemonade and half a jug of sangria will definitely be back!

I booked a table for 12- my retirement lunch. Upstairs- absolutely lovely. Great service and attention. Food was excellent and great value. My whole party loved the place.

Super attentive staff and rapid service. As a coeliac gal, I loved how knowledgable the staff were about their separate fryers and the gf menu was great. Food was sooo delicious, great sized portions, fab price. 10/10 honestly.

Had a great meal before a gig at the city hall yesterday evening. Food is superb, portion sizes are great and the evening special menu can’t be faulted. Such an authentic atmosphere and amazing staff!
