Always a lovely place to eat, freshly cooked food and brilliant service too.

3rd time we have been. Food very good. Service very good. Maybe a tad too quick with food after ordering but that may just be me wanting a full night out lol. Waiters and waitresses very helpful and polite.

Been wanting to try the food here for a while and so glad that we finally got around to it! The food was delicious and the portions were a really good size. The service was also brilliant. Will definitely be back soon.

We came here whilst we were on our week away. Excellent service from start to finish, food was five best I’ve had for a while, get a lot of it too so I’d say the value for money is worth it too! Must visit if you get a chance

Spending a week at haven but looked online for suggested meals out and off site and came across the smokehouse. The staff was friendly and made sure our two daughters were happy and the food was just amazing.

A lovely place for lovely family meal. Wonderfully tasty food with portions large enough for the most hungry! Could not fault the staff.... attentive and friendly without being fussy or imposing. Very competitively priced for the excellent choice menu and for all those reasons, we keep going back again and again!

We decided to go to The Smokehouse for our wedding anniversary meal. 29/06/21 We booked the same day and managed to get a table. The waitress we had was fab( she had bright red hair) very friendly and attentive! The food we had was amazing the portions where more than enough and hot. Great atmosphere lovely decor! Definitely be going again and highly recommend to visit

We booked whilst on a birthday trip Unfortunately the service was very slow, we ordered a Cocktail each and a starter, the drinks arrived after the main meal turned up, the mains took so long, and a Server did come up and apologise for the delay. I had the slow roasted brisket and dirty fries, the fries were cold, you could tell mine had been sitting on the passe for a long time, eventually had my fries replaced but by this time I had eaten my meal so didn't want them but still got charged! Not the greatest experience.

Been wanting to go here for a long time and went on a Tuesday night when they have the set menu. There was nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and informative. The food was totally amazing and we came out very full. Each dish had so much flavour and everything was so tasty.

First time visit and wow was so impressed with the whole experience. The staff were just amazing and interacted with our little boy at every opportunity which was so cute. The food was the best I've had in a very long time. We will definitely be back again and again

Wonderful staff, food and service once again

Excellent steak We ate here on a Saturday evening and loved everything, the atmosphere was great with a live Oasis tribute outside, staff were friendly and informative. Only thing we would have liked is a fish option but understand it is a steak restaurant and the steak was excellent very tasty, cooked perfectly medium rare and the knife cut like butter. Will definitely be coming back if we return to the area

I had a meal on sunday 27th June in the evening with my family and it was absolutely terrible. We put plonked on a table and left for quite a while. The service was dreadful. The food was awful. I even had a piece of black plastic in my penang curry which was supposedly from a ready meal packet. I would never go back. I think there were too many clients for the amount of staff working. But regardless of that, the quality of the food was extremely poor. I go for quality over quantity any day. Avoid with a barge pole, don’t waste your money.

Portions do big won’t need to eat for a week.Burger very tasty as was the starter ribs (couldn’t order mains ribs they were too big). Staff very friendly and service was quick. Will be booking again whilst we are here .would definitely recommend as good night out.

We had a love meal, large portions,good value for money, staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a shame that the ladies toilets needed cleaning and air fresheners in to make it smell nice as it wasn’t very nice as the smell hit you as you opened the door.

it was our first visit while we was on a break,excellant service and the food wow so nice and big portions to we had to take out some of the food as we were stuffed and eat it later.couldnt recommend them enough well done done considering whats going on at the moment
