Fantastic food and friendly efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble when we visited for a celebratory meal for our parents diamond wedding anniversary. There were 15 of us and we were all well catered for with two of us being coeliac and having other allergies too. The staff were knowledgeable and reassuring and made sure our meals were safe. Excellent quality of food we had starters mains and a few desserts. Everyone enjoyed their food. Thank you we will definitely be back!

The second time we have eaten at the Queens Arms and the first time we were more than happy with all the aspects of the evening. Good food and service Unfortunately the second visit wasn’t as good. Service was good and starters were good but main course was very average. Sirloin steak was poor quality and the chips with it were overcooked and few on the plate. My partner had the Linguine which was warm when served but had gone cold by the time she was half way through. A shame really because it’s hard to find a venue that you can revisit and the standard is always good

We had heard great things about the quality of the food at the Hopping Hare but we were under-whelmed; it was fairly average fayre. The service was great, however; friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

Went for Sunday lunch with my family. The best roast dinner we’ve had - absolutely faultless. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great experience. Will definitely be visiting again.

Sunday lunch was delicious, six of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff were delightful and it was great value for money.

Went for lunchtime meal with a couple of friends and a baby. The reservation team followed our request for a roomy table for 2 pregnant women and a Stroller. They were very accommodating when we chose to move outside as the weather was nice, and then back in again later when it started to rain. Food was so delicious, and the portions were generous. Desserts were beautifully presented and tasted amazing! Would defos recommend. The atmosphere within the place was very calm, relaxed and clean. We were served by 2 staff members throughout our visit who were so pleasant and welcoming.

We have been to the Hopping Hare many times and never had a bad meal. The food is excellent, the service is 5 star, atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
