The Hopping Hare – NorthamptonI booked a table for four and we were seated on arrival at a lovely table by a window. We were served with drinks immediately and then left to peruse the menu for a suitable time. We all chose different options from the menu and they were all beautifully presented and pronounced delicious by all four of us. The service was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the meal was very good value for money. We will definitely return.
The Hopping Hare – NorthamptonWednesday 6.30, we'd booked -the only diners there- but it took 45 mins.for any food to appear (no starter ordered). Tardy kitchen, waitress fine. Great very well-kept Taylors Landlord ale and very good absolute bargain priced chicken tikka masala served with requested sliced chili to add a bit more heat. We'll come again but at a busier time because we know from past experience that this place can do better and it's likely that the kitchen needs the stimulus of greater numbers.
