Loved the lovely terrace/garden enclosed by wall, so typically Spanish. Would highly recommend converting the first part where the bar is to a comfortable waiting area with sofas. This would encourage tables to turn over quickly, as diners can relax with a coffee, freeing up tables. Also good idea for clients waiting for a table who have not booked, they could chat in comfort whilst enjoying a drink from bar. Good luck to all

The Plough Inn – HillsboroughFriendly, professional service. Food always great. Highly recommended. I see its being refurbished, hasnt affected the service, must be very efficiently managed. Can I just add that the ladies washroom is probably the cleanest I've ever visited.
