The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and the staff couldn't do enough they were all lovely.

We have eaten at the Apple Inn many times and always enjoyed the food and the service. Everyone is really friendly and attentive - only downside is that the system won't allow people to leave a tip using the bank card - no one has cash these days! it seems unfair that the staff are penalised in this way.

Very enjoyable - particularly liked the haggis Scotch egg starter. Fish and chips followed but had no room for a dessert. Service OK in circumstances. Real ale went down a treat but shame only one out of three available.

Good food well served. I come here every time we stay at our mobile home in the village. Always a good welcome and prompt service. This time I chose the chicken with a delicious sauce and good range of vegetables. The main course was sufficient for me so can't comment on the deserts.

Friendly service, efficient. Nice atmosphere. Good menu. All looked good except my meal - similar to Macdonald's burger and chips which fortunately my husband ate and I had some of his meal. Overpriced.

Excellent food and quite good atmosphere for a small venue. The staff work hard to create a jolly feel.
