A lovely, reasonably priced meal. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great ambience. This was my third visit in the last couple of months so I can say that things here are of a consistently high standard.

4 of us had the fish and chips and the food was really excellent. The two young people on duty were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. we will certainly be back.

Wonderful meal for 7 of us. Food was delicious and served good and hot. Cauliflower cheese was a real hit. Will be back

The waitress was wonderful but unfortunately more than once she had to come & tell us that items we had ordered were unavailable, 30 minutes after opening there were no chicken burgers, fish of the day or decaf coffee left. It’s a lovely pub, the food we did get was excellent and we will try again in a few months in the hope things have settled down.

Excellent lunch for our walking group - good food & good company

Visited the Plough yesterday for a meal with 5 friends. We had a brilliant time from our warm welcome, excellent friendly service, and superb food from a varied menu. Thank you to concerned. We will be back soon.

My friend and I had our first meal at The Plough..it most certainly won't be our last! The staff were SO lovely.. And the food was simply amazing! Cooked to perfection! I am a fussy eater really, and through absolutely nobody's fault, I don't really have a lot of choices to choose from on menu's,but there were a number of meals I could have happily chosen, I was spoilt for choice. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.. See you again soon.
