I was in Quattro's restaurant in Bickerstaffe yesterday (Wed. Evening). I had the beef stragonoff with rice , the stragonoff sauce that had some brandy in it was lovely, but, unfortunately it came with a very small portion of rice, this meant that there was not enough rice on my plate to absorb the stragonoff sauce , so there was too much sauce liquid on my plate that was not easy to scoop the sauce onto my knife and fork, rice is not expensive so come on Quattro's staff and chef , please take note and put a bigger portion of rice on the plate when serving the beef stragonoff. The strips of beef were lovely and lean and tasty, and the chef had not skimped with the beef, but please do not serve very small portion of cooked rice with the beef strips and sauce, especially if you wish customers to come back and order that dish on the menu again. The small amount of rice on my plate meant I was still hungry when I finished my meal. O. K. Otherwise the beef stroganoff was good but could have been excellent if there was a bit more rice served with the beef strips for the beef stroganoff. I usually in the past have had good size portions of food when choosing a main meal at Quattro's and I have been eating out at Quattro's for over 20 years. Hope the portions are a bit bigger next time I eat at Quattro's so please do not lower your standard when it comes to portion size.

Lovely place to visit, the food and service were excellent. I would highly recommend.

Had family over from Holland we had a table of eight. Service was fine. But we only had one drink each. Food was good. But the whole place needs a repaint it’s so tired and old. From the tape holding the carpet down at the door to grubby paintwork. And service charge was already added to the bill. Totally disagree with this. We have no problem paying it but it should be at our discretion not to be asked in front of other customers at the bar if we wanted it taking off.

Have visited here often over the years and yesterday too. We had a wonderful meal as always. The staff are really attentive here and always make us feel very welcome. Lovely atmosphere too. Will definitely be back

First time here and won't be the last. There were five of us and everything we eat was superb. The Staff were fantastic and the whole experiance was second to none. I was very pleasantly suprised at the prices as well great value for top quality food. Very pleasant evening highly reccomend

My wife and I went with another couple for our evening meal. The sevice was very good and the staff friendly and attentive. The food was excellent it was piping hot and very tasty. I had traditional fish and chips two had the braised beef both said it was the best meal they’d had for ages. My wife had the chicken curry and was very happy with it. We all said we would go again.and would definitely recommend the plough.

Excellent food as always and such a nice a Atmosphere

Went for a carvery on sunday 26th at 5pm staff were friendly and helpful , food was good , we will be returning.

Decent food not as fresh as advertised but nice the meat was cooked perfectly and gravy piping hot- we all opted for carvery options and kids portions were big sizes. Staff very friendly and kind seated us early and were an attentive. Seating area was very compact and I needed to move twice to let an elderly man in and out of his seat.

Always lovely food in the plough but yesterday we turned up after booking a table only to be told it was carvery only after a certain time. We still wasn't told until it was time to order the food. I think this should be made aware of before booking as my daughter and boyfriend don't eat carverys.

Love going to Quattro's as the food, service and all the staff are so friendly.

We went for our wedding anniversary. The food was excellent and the the staff were friendly and cheerful. There was a lovely atmosphere and though you are given 2 hours per visit, there was no rush and a nice bar/outdoors area where you can go and finish your evening off. Highly recommended

We arrived early for our table reservation, but they were fine with it and we were aloud to take a seat. Table service was great, very polite and friendly gentlemen. We ordered our food and when it arrived, it was piping hot and was full of flavour. We went to pay the bill and the gentleman who dealt with us was very polite again. Definitely will go again.

My dad and i went to QUATTROS for a meal yesterday evening the food was fantastic the staff were really polite and helpful we have been coming here for over 20 year's and we haven't had a bad meal here, i would definitely recommend Quattros to all my family and friends and we can't wait to go back
