First time visit with friends who frequent the restaurant. The food was excellent, the wine very nice,good service and nice pleasant atmosphere. Would I come back ,Definitely.

The worst garlic mushrooms ive ever eaten. Muscles were tiny and smelt, the tomato sauce was so bland. The steak was very good and cooked nice but the sauce that covered it was over powering, serve it in a jug. The chicken was dry and chewy and again the tomato sauce was bland and lacking in depth and flavour. The lemon sorbet was like lemon toilet duck...really bad meal. We were rushed, took my starter plate while i was still chewing. Mains came as starters were cleared. And as far as i could see there was no option not to tip...waste of £90. Wont be rushing back or recomending.

Lovely meal, will definitely be back

Quattros is always our go to place for great food and wonderful staff. I had reserved a table for two for my birthday. However, on the day, at short notice, the party grew to seven. I contacted Lucie to ask if we could change the booking and of course, despite the fact that they had some very large groups in, she accommodated my request. The food was fantastic and the service second to none. Great team, great food, lovely restaurant and bar, can’t recommend enough!

Only ordered a single starter and two mains. The dauphinoise potatoes as a side order were cold. So in essence they fcked up 1/3 dishes. Used to be a great place to visit, now run by kids (who do their best) but I will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere in future. Average service, catering for the low end of the dining market and failed in that regard too judging by the price. Avoid!

Absolutely lovely carvery , meal was more than ample. Desserts to follow couldn't be failed. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Will definitely return. Overall well done to all the staff at the Plough. Xxx

Lovely evening at Quattro`s on Friday 17th April 2026. Food was delicious, especially the lamb! Staff were knowledgeable and attentive without being over fussy. All 4 of us thoroughly our meals and the whole evening. We will definitely return again!

Lovely food and lovely atmosphere.. my only reason for the lower score for service was because despite asking for the bill 3 times we were approached to relinquish the table as there was a party waiting. Slightly spoiled the evening but would still go again.

Booked a table for my sister’s birthday, couldn’t fault the service or food. Quickly shown to our table and food ordered, which was extremely tasty. Will definitely be visiting again.

Had an amazing meal last night for my wifes birthday, food was beautiful as always and staff were very attentive and even sang Happy Birthday to my wife, cant wait to go back again. Thankyou.

Absolutely Love this place! The food was fresh, full of flavour and clearly made with care. The staff are so welcoming and attentive without being over the top. The tiramisu was a standout - absolutely delicious. Its a hidden gem at the end of the rainford bypass and we will definitely be back again as we love it here Five big stars from us *****
