It’s the first time myself and my family have been to the Whitchaff and we all thought it was fab! Lovely friendly atmosphere, great staff and gorgeous food! Love the decor too!! We’ll definitely be going back.

We eat at this restaurant regularly and the food is always delicious . The service and the staff are very efficient and friendly. Definitely the best place to eat in Rawtenstall.

What can I say, apart from brilliant service and gorgeous food once again..Never fails to amaze. Visited a few times and never been disappointed. Lovely food,staff and atmosphere. One of my favourite places to eat !!!

Lovely meal, great to see a busy place, unfortunately we thought the service suffered because of large tables,also we had a table for two near the front door,every time the door opened bad draft,still we think you are a lovely establishment, thanks

First time in since the refurb. Love the new interior. Good menu, lovely staff.

We loved our visit here. The refurb makes the place look fabulous and so different. The food was piping hot and really tasty. We’re we’re especially impressed by the Gluten free menu as we have a coeliac in our family. They were so good, so careful and very accommodating and had masses of options. We will definitely return.

Enjoyed our meals, service was good, we didn't have to wait long for our meals which were well presented and hot. Staff pleasant and helpful. Refurbishment a big improvement bright and airy with a nice view from the back window.

My favourite restaurant. Service is always friendly and efficient. Food always absolutely delicious. Atmosphere always great. Celebrated my birthday here - couldn’t think of anywhere better to do that !

I cannot fault TBH. Lovely food at affordable prices. Very impressed how they have a drinks price list on the table. Highly recommend and I will return.

Food was superb, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A bit too efficient at times because as mentioned in a previous review, we were asked what we wanted to drink before we’d had chance to study the drinks menu and before we’d sat down. Also we were only given an hour and a half slot even though our booking confirmation stated two hours. It was a birthday meal and for three courses and coffee, 90 minutes is just too rushed. It didn’t feel like a celebratory meal, more like a speed eating event. We asked to be given some time before ordering desert and we were approached six times in 15 mins to see if we were ready to order yet. We didn’t bother with the coffee in the end as we felt too uncomfortable.
