A’Vucciria – RawtenstallSecond visit by myself and my wife... Quickly becoming our favourite haunt when in the Valley visiting friends & family... Service was top notch... Attentive yet relaxed... Love that there is also an immersive experience in your visit with part of the kitchen team working at a station visible to all... The Chef on the station was always willing to answer questions and a have a laugh... Food was very tasty and well portioned... Love the fact you can just keep ordering until you are stuffed... Keep it up folks...
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallExcellent restaurant, food and staff were brilliant. Highly recommend a visit there.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallA’Vucciria is our favourite restaurant, we booked a table for Saturday evening for a family date night! The food was beautiful as usual especially the prawns! We selected a wine from the specials board which did not disappoint! Our waitress offered excellent service and was attentive with our young daughter. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
A’Vucciria – Rawtenstall5 off us visited on a Sunday afternoon, service was excellent,we chose various tapas to share, all were freshly cooked & delicious, will be back again soon
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallFriendly, helpful and good service. Excellent selection of tasty Italian food. Good atmosphere on a Sunday lunch.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallAlways an absolute pleasure to eat at A’Vucciria. We went with two friends who hadn’t dined here before and they loved it. Great choice and some fabulous specials. Service very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallBrought family here last night as we have eaten here a few times and have always enjoyed the food and ambiance. They were extremely impressed with the food, as were we. Each dish was so tasty and perfectly cooked. The staff were welcoming and attentive and we even enjoyed the playlist! Look forward to returning and would certainly recommend.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWe have a lovely meal here. The food is always tasty and a good selection, the service was excellent. Never had a bad meal here.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallFirst time we have been but had a fantastic experience. Great food, brilliant service, will be going again soon. Huge recommendation. It was late afternoon on a Thursday so only another couple of people so can't score atmosphere properly.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallHave visited quite a few times now and it's good. Overall it's in an amazing building (worth a visit for this) with very nice staff and excellent food. My major criticism is the lack of a substantial vegetarian or vegan main course dish for the Sunday lunch. Even the meat option had no veg included and just came with a few chips. All the verdure dishes are really nice and it's easy enough to ask them to be made dairy free, especially when the serving staff are attentive and helpful. But really, I'm totally bored of the menu now. I knew what I was in for before my most recent visit but I still couldn't help feeling disappointed at the lack of creativity, especially when even Gregg's can cater multiple items for vegans these days. I won't bother coming for food again as I have voiced this before and it really feels like my opinion/custom is not valued. A real shame as it's hands down the best food and space to eat locally. If you eat everything, great, but don't expect your veggie and vegan friends to be that excited past their first visit. Also, the bread and oil is a total rip off.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallExcellent visit once again. Asked for a booth when booking which was honoured. Fantastic service and food.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWhat a scintillating Scicilian delight. We've been here three times at lunch and this was our first evening meal. Every time it has been excellent. The choice of food is amazing, serving tapas style dishes of anything from veggies through fish, to meats, breads and desserts. Our latest visit included Gluten Free requirements, and I'd say roughly half the menu is safe. The tastes are just sublime, with succulent meat skewers, delicious fennel sausage, crisp carrots, potatoes with smokey sauces, basil topped salads, delightfully light tiramasu in a latte glass, alongside a good choice of authentic Italian beers and Mediterrean wines. The old converted bank is brilliant in taking you to a mediterranean restaurant, the service is efficient and friendly, creating a casual and calm buzz. Rawtenstall may not seem like a foodie delights choice, but A'Vucciria ensures it rivals (and betters) anything in the nearby big cities.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallVisited this week with a friend, a first visit for us both. From walking through the door we felt very welcome. The service, the food and the atmosphere were all excellent and we really enjoyed the experience. We had 5 dishes between the 2 of us which was more than enough and all were delicious. I'd definitely return and would certainly recommend.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallEnjoyed a 3 hour lunch for our anniversary. Food came perfectly and freshly cooked, accompanied by super Sicilian wines, obviously chosen by people who know the island intimately. First time we’ve seen Zibibo on a wine list in the UK. Amy, Liv, Millie and Ruby looked after us as if we were royalty. Will certainly be back soon.
