As always lovely. Great food, friendly staff and great pub. This is my go to pub when ever i want a decent carvery. Worth the journey.

Nice food on the carvery but not as much choice at lunch time as when we came in the evening. Table was to small for 4 people to sit at in the corner.

We had a lovely meal here for the first time Saturday afternoon. Will definitely be back

Had an early Carvery before going to the cinema. The food looked fresh and tasted amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good value for money. This is my favourite venue for a Carvery.

Had relatively early booking at 6.30 p.m. - always better otherwise sometimes it is food "left over" from lunch time. Pleasantly surprised. There was a full choice of vegetables and meats, all of which were hot. Met by member of staff I'd not seen before and who was very pleasant and welcoming. It was quite busy with being half term - which we forgot but the service both behind the bar and in the carvery did not suffer. Value for money. Would recommend.
