Went to this restaurant a few weeks ago with my family. It was a busy Sunday night but we were seated straight away. The staff were friendly and efficient, good service. The food was very nice and the prices very reasonable. Only negative was certain dishes a little over done on the tomatoe flavour. Overall we were happy with our starters and our main meals. Good, would go back.

we went here on a wed night and it wasn't the best poor service left for ages and nobody came over to see if everything was ok which it was not it was full for a wed night and we where squeezed in the service was slow.i ordered steak which is one of the worst i have had very thin and very very fatty and could not get anyone to tell them so payed and went we never go back

celebrated my 18th here with my family and thought it was fantastic the best Italian in lancashire for sure. would definitely dine here again

me and the wife had a meal last night heard good things so thought we try very busy for a wed night starter was good but main meal was shocking had steak at £14.00 which is not a lot but would rather pay double then i could eat it it was all fat and paper thin the worst sirloin ever, had better in a cafe staff where all English and not helpful did not ask if meal was OK etc just took the money no thanks will not be going back i think ever rather have a pizza from takeaway poor!

Ate here Sunday night, the restaurant was really busy and had a really good atmosphere, I am almost sure that no other restaurant in the area would have been anywhere near as busy on Sunday evening!!
The food and service were great…give this place a try and I am sure you wont be disappointed!

Me and my gf recently visited Francos. The food was quite good, service very good and the price was no problem at all. However, if you want that WOW factor I wouldn't recommend - tables were very close to each other so not intimate at all. Not a patch on one or two other Italians in the area.Francos is good but nothing amazing.

Never been before, arrived to a very busy restaurant we had to wait an hour for a table, but boy was it worth it. The food and atmosphere was excellent and yes we would wait again!

In my opinion one of the best Italian restaurants. My family has been coming regularly for the past 20 years. The food is always excellent and the staff always make you feel more than welcome.
The restaurant has a friendly/buzzing atmosphere and the walls are painted with unusual characters, we see a new one every time we visit.

I have been coming here since i was 4 years old with my parents and i now visit with my own family 25 years on, best italian around the staff are always the same staff and the food service and atmosphere are always 2nd to none. Hopefully in years to come the next generation of my family will be here with there family.
