Absolutely delicious food - starter wonderful, but unfortunately, .main course served on cold plates and serving dish also cold. This meant that I could not finish the meal, even though I wanted to, because all the food had gone cold. Easy to rectify - just serve the meal on hot plates and dishes!

Lobster

Having visited once before and enjoyed the meal, albeit a little expensive, we were most disappointed on our last visit and will probably not return. Service staff very pleasant and things seemed reasonably paced until we'd finished our main courses when it took an age for the table to be cleared. Choice of desserts - as always in oriental restaurants were poor. My Crab & Prawn starter tasted of neither and resembled the texture of a cheap pork sausage. My battered duck main course was fatty. Pity!

Dear readers Just to clarify a comment made by Pooh Bear. A deposit is required for large group bookings only which is a standard practice for most restaurants. However, unlike most restaurants we do not automatically add a group service charge to the bill. Regards Saran & Keith, Khrua Thai Orchid

This is a gorgeous setting, and the food is excellent. The service is sometimes a little slow, and having to pay a deposit to make a booking can be irritating, but the food is so good, it's worth the inconvenience.

Always nice to be greeted by such beautiful waitresses. Wonderful food, lovely atmosphere. Will, and have recommended this fantastic restaurant to many friends. A friendly place where you are not hurried and can relax and talk whilst enjoying delicious Thai food.

Thai food has become my favourite cuisine after visiting this restaurant and I benchmark other Thai Restaurants against this one, which still remains top of my list! I have experienced the normal menus and the Sunday Buffet and the standard of food is the same high quality on both. The owners themselves frequent your table to ensure you are enjoying your visit, which inevitably result in discussing maybe recent holidays and visits to Thailand and adds to a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
