Oddfellows On The Park is a beautiful restoration of the Victorian Gothic Bruntwood Hall in Cheadle. Set amidst 120 acres of glorious public parkland, the Hall was converted in April 2017 into a 22-bedroom boutique hotel, restaurant (The Galloping Major), bar (The Stud Room) and salon (The Pigsty). The Galloping Major, named after a former resident of Bruntwood Hall, is set in the grand former ballroom of the building, surrounded by stunning vistas of the park and complemented by original Victorian features. Head Chef Ian Moss joined Oddfellows from Northcote in Lancashire and had previously trained with Brett Graham at The Ledbury and Marcus Wareing. His menus celebrate British seasonal produce and he prides himself on simplicity, elegance and allowing the integrity of ingredients to shine through. The extensive wine list has been handpicked by the restaurant team and features artisan vineyards alongside classic favourites, from both the new and old world and Britain. Oddfellows On The Park is ten miles from Manchester city centre and just ten minutes from Manchester Airport. Oddfellows Chester is a sister venue.
Sunday wouldn't be Sunday without a little light brunch and live music on The Terrace perfect for al fresco dining accompanied and entertained by our live lounge musicians.
Our live music Sundays launch on Sunday 1st April 2018 and will be available on the last Sunday of every month thereafter. We have some amazing treats lined up for your enjoyment - watch this space for the acts to be announced.
(Sunday Live Music will continue at The Galloping Major Restaurant should the British sunshine take a turn for the worst - tables inside will be subject to availability)
