I thought the service was very slow. The food wasn't cooked properly and I could hear the chef shouting at her staff. I personally wouldn't recommend this place. I also saw the chef having a go at another customer because the food order was wrong on the staffs side.

It's brilliant. It's one of those places that has a great reputation in a small town. It's packed when everything else is empty. That should speak volumes. Just try it.

Top notch. You can't really fault this place. I'm in there every other day. My wife is a fussy thing and they bend over backwards to help. Best thing they do are probably the waffles, or the Oreo milk shakes for the young at heart. Actually it's probably the full breakfasts.
They can't be doing bad, always packed and they've expanded into the old lillies coffee shop.
I recommend this cafe wholeheartedly.

This has to be one of the best little places around. I am amazed that it's in moreton of all places. I have to travel from hoylake a couple of times a week to get my fix of the best latte I have had in years.
I cannot recommend Panino's highly enough. Great service (not pretentious) just really friendly. Great food, the best breakfast around, not huge but quality. Plus quirky one offs that you won't see anywhere else.
I 've had a chocolate and Banana Panini of all things, a feta saganaki panini(feta with pepper,tomato and chilli) , the most amazing mint hot chocolate with whipped cream ,chocolate sauce and marshmallows. The best homemade muffins I have ever tasted (you can only get them when the owners husband is in there though). A huge Belgian waffle with maple syrup. An oreo milkshake. I could go on for ages.
A word of warning though, it gets packed to the gills. Every so often you really have to wait a little while but it's worth it.
Plus, they have a happy hour. The hot drinks are a pound. I think it's just to get people to get hooked.
There taking over what used to be Lillies next door so hopefully I'll be able to go a seat on a Friday lunch time.
Don't walk passed this place you'll never forgive yourself.

This is a wonderful little coffee shop / cafe located on moreton cross. I am standing firm on my opinion that this place serves the best coffee on merseyside. To be honest I'm a bit of a coffee buff, and am very fussy. You will not get a better Latte on either side of the Mersey.
It serves a variety of sandwiches and hot baguettes, there's usually something special on every day.
The only problem is that they are tiny. A dozen seats that are filled from open till close.
It well priced as well, the new owners are well aware that money is a bit short and make sure that there prices are competitive even with the greasy spoons.
I'm in there every day. So hopefully I'll see you there.
