Called in store last night to order 2 small pizzas and a side. Was charged 'new' prices whilst ordering from the 'old' menu on their counter, and refused a refund when I realised their mistake. It then took 45 minutes for my order to be ready whilst I waited in store for it. Food was awful and overpriced, the staff were incompetent and no senior member of staff was available on site. Wish I had driven a bit further and gone to Santas.
