This is a nice comfortable country pub just outside Ormskirk. Genial host Andy and good atmosphere, guest beers , open fires and the food, which is traditional style is very good indeed, good quality and well cooked. There is a Carvery on wed night and all day sunday, a cut above chain venues, I must say. Reasonable prices and well recommended.
