Had a lovely meal with my family, (ages 19-86). Food was first class. Staff were polite and attentive. My mum and I had a beautifully cooked piece of Halibut, from the specials menu. A bit pricey but worth it for a special meal. She was impressed with the giant, tasty serving of tiramisu. As mentioned by other diner's, a vocalist/ guitarist was playing but we didn't mind, as we were around the corner. Only negative aspect was the table allocated was in a corner and it was very tight seating around it, for our party of 5.

Quite a while since we were last here. Nice welcome, and there was also a singer/guitarist playing. Lovely food and wine and a nice atmosphere.

Absolutely beautiful food and great service and atmosphere.

When we saw the venue I was really impressed...beautiful. Did find it very cramped and lacking in space. Unfortunately we were right next to the musician , who was amazing but went on for too long with no break so that combined with the volume of noise from the the other diners it became very difficult to have s conversation and was quite over bearing.

Really enjoyed my meal here. A sunny day, we were sat in the garden and enjoyed the warmth and the acoustic artist that was singing. Food was lovely, atmosphere was perfect. Will be back, if only you could guarantee the weather every week!

Fantastic place, food amazing and reasonably priced, lovely staff and great customer service, enjoyed the live music too. Fantastic vibe. Will be back.

Absolutely wonderful night, food was amazing as always, lovely relaxed atmosphere, staff lovely and attentive!

We visited again for the third time after the previous two occasions had some problems with main dishes being unavailable from the menu. One of which I had saved myself for! The food has always been lovely, however this time my husband said the steak in his pasta was over cooked and not the usual steak he had the previous times which was lovely. There was no offer of anything, even though we mentioned this to the waiter. My pescatori pasta was lovely. There was no coffee machine working at the end of our meal, so this was disappointing, even though next door in Kobe have a machine which could have been used? Sadly we wouldn’t return as we don’t get the chance to dine much with having children and this last try was our last. We so wanted to love this place, as the restaurant itself is lovely, as was the food we have had previously.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so relaxing and chilled. The staff were lovely, very helpful & friendly. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent food and attentive service with a variety of choices

Atmosphere is good & lovely outdoor space. However the staff were very surly - not a smile or welcome from any of them - almost to the point of rudeness. Food was just ok but two members of the party have an upset stomach.

So nice to sit outside , was like been abroad, I ended up been on my own and staff made that really easy and normal . Will be back again , hopefully the weather helps you keep the outside open . Thank you

We came as a group of 9 for a birthday celebration. Xhino organised the table decorations and pre-order of food very well. The atmosphere was good, staff were attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The food was, as always, delicious. Another wonderful evening spent at Sorella.
