Can't remember when I had so great a choice of interesting fish dishes. My grilled sea bass with champagne and mussel sauce was brilliant and my wife's langoustines with a touch of chilli equally special. I wish I was staying longer in Tobermory so I could go again.

Crumb – DumfriesWe had dinner here last night. We had to eat early at 5pm as they were very popular and heavily booked. After eating there we could see why. I had potato cake for starters, which was excellent and we both had the fish pie for main. The pie was delicious and very filling. This cafe is highly recommended for visitors to Mull, but booking is a must.

Despite there being a large group (looked to be maybe just under 20?) and only one server on the floor for most of our meal, she was attentive and friendly, and even though she kept apologising for the delay there was no need as everything we ordered was served promptly and hot. Major well done to her, good service really makes a meal!

The service was fantastic, although it wasn't busy, The food was good and enjoyable and the portions a good size, although quite large for a lunch. There wasn't any sticky toffee carrot cake left! Shock horror!! So, I will be back for an evening meal, and the STCC, and to try some cocktails, which I am looking forward to. Thanks for a lovely Sunday treat.
