The Harbour Inn – SeatonHad a Sunday carvery, great choice and it was all lush , great friendly service , a must visit
The Harbour Inn – SeatonNot good. Waitress was very pleasant but food disappointing. Scampi was underdone/squishy, peas overcooked-clearly everything was frozen. Hardly a restaurant, more of a pub that does food-and not very well!
The Harbour Inn – SeatonCame for the 2pm carvery (two sittings first one 12 pm ).most of the popular vegetables had run out and turkey gone . Surely you would reprovision for a second sitting. I had lobster thermidore it must have been in the warmer since 12 and was impossible to distinguish between lobster and cheese if the family had not been there I would have sent it back. On paying I was asked if the meal was enjoyable I explained about the lobster and the reply was oh sorry!
The Harbour Inn – SeatonCame for Fathers Day, food / carvery was lovely, hot and tasty. Staff were great and very attentive. It was lovely not having a time limit on the table and feeling rushed! Try relax and joyful day! Couldn’t have asked for better!
The Harbour Inn – SeatonThe food was absolutely amazing and such a varied food was unbelievable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Value for money was brilliant, food and drinks worked out at less than £20 per person.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonIt was lovely to be back in the area for the first time in a couple of years and to visit the Harbour again. We were so pleased we did - the food was excellent and the service was welcoming and friendly, and pleasantly efficient. Staff were mindful of my food allergies which is always appreciated. It was a busy evening for staff with a darts tournament about to begin, but nothing was too much trouble and everyone in the restaurant was looked after nicely. We loved the white bait and the hake was amazing, somehow we managed to find room for dessert which was a great end to a lovely meal. Well done to the chef and all the staff., see you on our next visit!
The Harbour Inn – SeatonWe went for the regular wrinklies carvery offer on Wednesday. Us two and 6 neighbours Same as last time, perfectly cooked choice of meats plus an enormous range of vegetables, just too many to try every one. What’s not to like about a plate full of delicious food for £12, good ales and great neighbours. Bonus! The sun was shining. Our lunch club will be back.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonWe had a lovely meal and the whitebait and lobster was brilliant! We’ll be back.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonWe like your pub and have always had good food, until we recommended it to friends and came on Friday evening. Obviously a Friday night is busy and your staff were working hard, but we didn't get great service, which is unusual. Worst part, was the portion sizes of our friends meals - fish and chips and belly pork - basically they had both finished their food and we were only halfway through ours - the fish pie was in a lidded dish and was boiling hot - I eventually tipped it out onto a spare plate to let it cool a bit. The smallest scoops of ice cream we've ever seen with our desserts. I know prices have gone up, but portions have seriously diminished! A disappointing meal.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonGood value for money, very friendly people, would recommend a visit.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonReally friendly and helpful staff, and the food was great
The Harbour Inn – SeatonThe mouth watering chicken was a big hit withe the two boys, ages 9 and 12. An excellent menu generally with very friendly, efficient service. Fursty Ferret draught beer was a real treat! You certainly will be seeing us again and my in-laws will be spreading the word.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonLovely pub, the legendary Tanglefoot on the bar, gorgeous day, pub was busy but not uncomfortably so. Beer garden was perfect though our table no13 was wobbly and broken. Food was great value and the staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonWe visited on saturday evening. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were very informative on the menu and specials available. The food was amazing and very tasty. It is a shame we were only visiting the area but will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to revisit in the future.
The Harbour Inn – Seaton6 of us neighbours went for the Wrinklies Wednesday Carvery. Excellent!!! The choice of meats was very good and the range of superbly cooked vegetables was quite staggering. We are already planning another visit.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonLovely meal friendly staff and a great outside seating area, we had a group of 4 adults and 1 child and there was a good choice of food would defiantly recommend
The Harbour Inn – SeatonWe came for Sunday carvery 2 Sundays running, at 12 the first time and 2 the second. Our first visit was excellent, the service was good and the food was hot. Our second visit was very disappointing, too many people all arriving at once, the staff overwhelmed by the number of people, we sat in the extension which was not a pleasant place and the food was almost cold would go again but at 12
