Amazing Italian restaurant, staff are really friendly and eager to help. The food is delicious I’ve been a few times and enjoyed every single meal and very well priced for what you get.

Excellent meal, not overfacing. Pleasant, attentive waiter. Nice atmosphere and not too noisy. Very enjoyable evening.

Service and food were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive and the orders were served promptly and together.Considering we were a party of 6(4adults and 2 infants) I could not fault the service and attention.

Arrived early for a booking server told us I had only booked for four even after getting confirmation for 7 as I showed him he responded with ‘whatever’ Seated us Had 3 different servers approach asking same questions I didn’t touch my main as pasta was stodgy when they cleared Table they didn’t ask why my meal was still in full in the bowl Was over £230 and left very disappointed

We dined at Roberto's twice in the last 2 weeks. Our Son is a fussy eater but he chose the same venue twice - it was that good. Service was lovely and the team are very welcoming, friendly and attentive The food was beautiful on both occassions we had a mixture of fresh pastas and home made pizza's Would recommend a visit :)

We had a fantastic meal at Tik Taco in Southport and will definitely be returning. The evening started with a cold and refreshing pint of Modelo on draft, which set the tone perfectly. Our starters of Tik Taco guacamole and cheese nachos were a delicious prelude to what was to come. The Baja-style king prawns were succulent and spiced to perfection, while the cauliflower wings were a real hidden gem of the menu. The glaze on the chicken wings was exceptional – sticky, flavourful and absolutely moreish. For the main event, we shared a selection of tacos that catered to everyone's tastes, each packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. Everything was rounded off in true Mexican style with a shot of tequila. A special mention must go to our server, Ste, who struck exactly the right balance – attentive, friendly and knowledgeable without ever being intrusive. Great food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Visited Roberto's for dinner while away for a few days in Southport. It was the first time in a few years since we last ate here, and if anything we found it even better than our previous visit. We had booked a table and arrived nearly 10 mins early, but this wasn't a problem and were shown to our table. Friendly service from all staff that was excellent and attentive, and the food was fantastic! A great selection of dishes with good portion sizes and great flavour. The Penne al Pollo was delicious! Restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is lovely with images of Italy and a traditional Italian Vespa moped on display. Overall great food, great service, great restaurant and value for money. We will definitely be back when we return to Southport!

I was really disappointed at the service we had book a table for 18.45 when we arrived at this time we had to wait as the place was full and the was someone on our table then when we finally got taken to our table it was not set no wine glasses no cutlery or napkins, a waitress cam over with 3 knives and 3 spoons and put on our table and said try had ran out of cutlery and would be straight back with more never came back then the people next to us left and they came and cleared the table and reset we had to ask for cutlery several times when we finally got some the forks were bent and had seen better days but we still had no napkins. Service was very slow wait 10 minutes to order drinks and we had to ask. We have eaten here many times and never have I been so disappointed with the hole experience food was lovely but 4 of us all had our and 1 had to wait we had nearly finished when the other arrived.

Exelent food and service I will be returning.

2nd time eating at Tim Taco. The food at this little place is amazing. Super tasty and the portions sizes are just right. Cocktails great too. We will be back!

We ate here on the 20th of April. One of our party is coeliac and they catered well to her needs. Plenty of GF to choose from.The food is lovely and coctails really nice. Waiter very polite. Service was quick. Would defo recommend a visit.

Amazing food, lovely staff, great service

We normally go to other Italians in Southport but thought we would have a change and try Robertos for the first time. Initially it seemed nice in there (apart from the fact it was empty and they still sat us near the toilets! I ordered the calamari which was the toughest I have ever tried, my husband had the meatballs which were really bland. The kids shared garlic pizza and you could hardly taste the garlic. By this point I was nervous for the main... My seafood marina was really bland, it was edible but I can't say I was impressed. My husband said his lasagne was ok.. kids enjoyed there bolognaise and chicken nuggets. The salt, pepper and condiments all came in a pit in little sachets (I thought the Italian way was to come with a big pepper grinder) All in all we really didn't enjoy it and won't be returning, apparently years ago this place used to be nice but has definitely gone down hill. I didn't get any Italian authentic feel at all. Waste of money and a waste of going out for tea!

Had an absolute wonderful time, all staff were amazing with us and had a lovely chat with them. The head chef (young gentleman in the kitchen) was specifically nice to our table and adhered to our diatry specifications. I’d definitely book again.
